The tile in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms was very clean. The unit was quiet and had an exceptionally beautiful view of gulf. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, plates and bowls, pots, and pans, even tinfoil and plastic bags. The security was excellent as we had to use a passcode to get into the elevator, onto the beach, and into the pool area. There was nice lighting, pictures, and mirrors were at the unit. The balcony furniture was comfortable, and included a couple of small tables to rest drinks, books, etc. on. There was plenty of parking available.The mattresses were quite uncomfortable as they were very soft, some more lopsided, and they were very, very squeaky. The bedsheets were all fitting often, coming off the mattress and buckling. They were also itchy. We had significant difficulty getting the TVs operating and needed to call spectrum to help us. It turns out the plugs were unplugged and the cables were disconnected. We had to be involved with spectrum for approximately an hour to get the TVs functioning, and after we did, the TV in the master bedroom had very poor sound quality.There are no fans in the bathrooms, and only bright lights, no dim ones.While trying to retrieve something dropped under the bed of the master bedroom we saw that the carpet was very dusty and dirty. It really needs a very thorough vacuuming. While moving the curtains over the sliding door of the balcony, the curtain rod came apart on at least two occasions.

Incredible view of the beach from private balcony. Easy walking distance to St. John’s Pass, restaurants and shops. Unit was dated and could have been cleaner, but rental company was easy to work with and location made it worth it.

Overall Great Experience

Property is a little outdated but alot of fun was still had. Although it appears to have not had any interior things changed since the 90's it was very clean. The building is set back a little further than some buildings but the sound of the ocean and waves could still easilty be heard at night on the balcony. Kids had a blast and really thats all that matters.

Nice but . . . . .

I echo some of the prior reviews - picking up a key at a separate location was inconvenient, green carpet in the bedrooms is outdated, kitchen arrangment (microwave) on a separate stand by the refrigerator, the condo needs a deep clean (a few dust bunnies hanging from the master bedroom ceiling).... but it met all our needs for our stay. Our greatest disappoinment was that the pool was not open/available as the March 1st opening date was missed. Keep in mind this area was significantly impacted by the hurricanes of 2024 and many condos do not have a pool - and won't for some time. This one should be ready for late spring and summer trips. We did wish there was one more comfortable seating spot in the living room. This complex does use an elevator code to bring the elevator to the ground floor. We did laundry using the washer/dryer on the 7th floor. The washer/dryer units only take credit card so don't worry about quarters. Bring an extension cord if you like to have your phone on your nightstand in the master bedroom. Overall we had a great time, enjoyed the location, and being 1/2 mile walk from Caddy's and John's Pass. Also - the fish market practically across the street had great shrimp and the kitchen had pans for a yummy boil!

The one elevator on site was rough. Too many people to only have one elevator. We have stayed on this property before but this particular condo beds were uncomfortable and the master bedroom had the extra bed in there which was not ideal for our stay. Could offer more dish towels is just a thought. Just had better luck in other condos

Maintenance is SLOW!

We checked in on Saturday and FINALLY had a shower issue addressed the following Friday! 6 days for a simple fix that caused a lot of frustration for a group of 5 to share one shower. 3 calls were placed and we never did get confirmation that it was even addressed. I paid significantly more to have 2 bathrooms so that was pretty inconvenient. The wisk was broken and covered in rust, there were no tongs, and the place juat needs love! Updates and a serious deep clean are a must! The location and Sea Breeze amenities were great otherwise. Definitely enjoying our stay, juat not this unit!

Not Quite What We Expected

We booked 502 and received confirmation. Then they emailed us to tell us they had double-booked and put us in 402. The condo had one less bed than we expected/needed, which made it uncomfortable for our family. However, the biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. Despite the paper strip over the toilet ring saying it was cleaned, there was (presumably) fecal excrement lingering in the bottom of the toilet bowl. It wasn't sediment, because it never showed up again during our entire stay. That was extremely repulsive. In addition, the same bathroom had ants in it, so we had to deal with that multiple times each day when we used that bathroom. The view was beautiful, and TRS was helpful, but the overall stay in the condo was disappointing for what we expected.

Condo on the beach

The condo was nice. We had a few issues. The second toilet didn’t work and the garbage disposal started leaking and flooded the kitchen. The maintenance staff did come quickly after our call to fix both items. There were no beach towels, the bathroom towels were one you might find in a discount hotel. The most surprising thing was we got one roll of paper towels and one TP . We were expected to supply any paper products and trash bags. No amenities supplied. I have traveled in VBROs around the world and never had to do this . The condo was nice, had all basic kitchen equipment. No washer or dryer in the unit. Ones available to pay and use. The views from the balcony were beautiful.

Great location but needs updates

The good. The location of this condo is perfect. 15 minute walk and you're at John's pass. Condo comes with free parking. When we entered it smelled like it had been freshly cleaned The kitchen was reasonably appointed and the balcony had comfortable sling chairs and an amazing view. The beds were extremely comfortable. Both myself and my friend both enjoyed a good nights sleep. There is a 7-Eleven across the street that we went to every day to get our supplies. There is a handy button to stop traffic. The pool and hot tub we're lovely and were clean throughout our stay. The bad. the elevator in this complex was extremely slow. I believe it was faster to walk up the stairs and it was five flights up. There were a few things like bars of soap available but things like dish soap we had to go purchase ourselves. There were no beach towels. It would have been nice to have just a few more things there so we wouldn't have to go searching for them. Probably one of the most annoying things that we encountered was the check in process. We had to go pick up the keys at a different location on the way in and since my friend and her car left before me I had to walk them down the night before checkout so I could get to my flight on time the next morning. In this day and age there is no reason not to have a coded lock for easy access. The ugly. That nasty green carpet has to go. If they would replace the carpeting and code the door lock This would easily be a four-star condo.

5 Day Stay

Love Medeira Beach. Gulf was gorgeous. The unit was clean. The door needed improved locks and the slider didn’t lock. We called Travel Resort and they were prompt in fixing the slider as well as our sink which was clogged when we checked in. The staff at Travel Resort was phenomenal. The unit itself needs many updates, but the view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. The furniture was not very clean and the mattresses were not comfortable. The surroundings made up for all the short comings of the into.

Great location

Perfect location. Close to Johns Pass, quite a few restaurants in walking distance, many others close by car or Uber. Great view of beach and right on beach. Balcony is a little small but had 5 comfortable chairs and two little tables. Great views of sunsets and enjoy coffee in morning watching dophins.
