Great location
ĆŽe like IRB a lot. The condo is ideally located for us. However, there are glitches which make us hesitant to stay in this unit again.
The push button key pads for the entrance, the pool,
the beach and the unit itself all need to be overhauled. Sometimes they work but more often than not, a key is required. Since we had no key when we arrived, we were unable to get into the unit for over 30 minutes, until the keypad finally released.
There is no one to help with emergency needs at Resort Rentals on Sunday, so there is no assistance available for us. We were offered a locksmith's service call for a $50.00 charge.
There was a hole in the bathroom wall where a toilet paper holder should have been. This was not repaired during our stay even though we reported it. The shower faucet was also broken but this was repaired .
The lighting in the unit is not adequate for reading after the sun sets. There are no window coverings in the living room so we had to improvise something to keep the sun from blinding us every late afternoon . The sunsets are beautiful .
The kitchen is well stocked but most of the dishes and cups bear significant chips. The linens are good.
There are few end tables, and no bedside tables in the second bedroom at all.
The airconditioning is very good. The refrigerator and freezer are fine, as are the stove and dishwasher.
It seems the shortcomings could be remedied easily with minimal expense. Correcting these issues would make this the ideal unit.
