Short walk to beach! Family-sized 2 bed, 2 bath condo.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with balcony. One queen, one full in Master bedroom. Twin bunk beds and twin trundle in second bedroom. Occupancy of 6 persons. Many updates including recently updated kitchen cabinets and granite counters, updated flooring and fresh paint. Other amenities include a washer/dryer in unit, two assigned parking spaces with ample visitor parking, onsite fitness center, heated pool and spa, and a tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard court.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is about 1.5 miles south. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Nice size condo. Door to balcony was very hard to open and glass very dirty. Key access was terrible. We checked in at night, very dark and key boxes (40 boxes) were not marked well. The one bathroom door would not close. Pool was nice.

Beach stay

Great apartment and fantasic cooled pool which was a godsend in august. Very friendly residents. Apartment had everything you needed.local area still in recovery from hurricane but most things were open locally. Definitely the quieter end of the beach but lots of things to do within a short drive or cheap uber.

Great location space well supplied

Dillon and Lauren were amazing! They responded very quickly when we reached out. (only had to twice but they were very quick to respond) The location was amazing. We could walk to 2 grocery stores, many restaurants/bars as well as Johns Pass. The other tenants in the complex were VERY friendly and always shared a hello when passing. The condo is supplied very well. They even have an air fryer! We were very excited to see many business repairs finishing from last years huricanes and reopening. We would definitely consider this location for future stays.

Fantastic Beach Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our beach stay at Dillion’s property! The unit was spacious, well stocked, kitchen etc and the communities amenities were wonderful! Quite top tier. The property is quiet, on the bay and close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants are close, a short walk or quick drive. Property management was responsive and helpful. We look forward to future stays! Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation

Wonderful accommodations, lots of room for everyone. perfect location, walking distance to groceries, pharmacy restaurants beach actually everything. 2-5 mins drive to more shopping and big box stores. Need to have 2 sets of keys for guest so you don’t have to coordinate entrance to building and pool. One set of keys for quest is extremely inconvenient. Other then that we had a wonderful stay and are booked for best year.
