Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space

Sol & Luna is a comfortable and beautiful place to relax and enjoy your vacation, with 1,880Sq Ft. It’s located 15 min from Clearwater Beach, top rated beach in the country. 15 min from Indian Rocks, 20 minutes from St Petersburg Beach and other great beaches. We are 20-25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, close from Countryside Mall, Tampa International Mall, and many restaurants in the surrounding area. Universal Studio and Disney are around 1.5 hours from the property.

The owners has an attached efficiency Studio (in the garage) with an independent entrance, and it’s used for two or three more guests. Guests in the garage are able to use the pool and patio area. So pool, patio and laundry are shared.

Pool cleans (small branches/leaves only) get done every two or three days a week by the owners, and every Wednesday by a pool company service. Our patio has nice trees that provide a lot of nice shade, but also a lot of leaves.

The laundry room is on one side of the house, and it’s shared. Please feel free to use it from 7am to 10 pm.
We have a big and spacious living room with a 65” TV with access to the internet. We don’t have TV cable, just Netflix.  

The dining room has a big dinning table with 6 chairs and also a TV.
The kitchen is well equipped: microwave, blender, (no dishwasher), three bar stools. We provide some base cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar)
Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a spacious independent bathroom, 2 extra rooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with a bunk bed. We have two extra sofa beds in the dining room and two more bathrooms, the house holds up to 9 people but the price is based on 7 people. If you are planning to come with more than 7 people, please notify the owner.

The owner is available through text messages. Will get back to you in 1-2 hours or sooner if it's possible. Calling if it’s an emergency is always an option , and its a pleasure to help.

Hot water in the back bathroom did not work, AC would automatically shut off and change temps on its own, there was someone staying in the garage part of the house and it was not stated in the listing, The oven had a pot of old oil in it. The pool was slimy like it had algae growth.

Beaches and spring training.

Good location, although on a busy street, to beaches and ball parks for the Blue Jays and the Phillies. We also saw Yankees park that was about 30 minutes away. Amaryllis the property manager looked after getting us things we needed in a very timely fashion. The home was large and well equipped making our stay very comfortable. The pool was a little disappointing as we were constantly removing leaves that fell from the large trees in the yard, but would be wonderfully cooling during a hotter stay.

The entry system was poor and we arrived with no way to get in. The coffee carafe on the coffee pot was broken and dirty and we let the host know with no response from her. The renters of the garage took over the pool; area and this was a negative experience. The house was very nice.

Pictures weren’t accurate about this house

The house was big with plenty of room but none of the tv’s worked. The faucet in the shower was broken and never got hot water. The knob to the shower in the master bath was very hard to turn. Stuff was left in the freezer. The pool was never used even though my husband tried to clean it. Overall, the house just wasn’t clean. For the price or any other reason, I would not recommend this house.

It was okay

The place was pretty nice considering that the home looked A little old it was well put together. It could have been cleaned better than what it was especially the showers and the bedding. One of the showers would not get hot at all and in another the drain was clogged so the water wasn’t draining as fast. Aside from that I went with this place because of the pool just to arrive and see that the pool had a film on top which didn’t look satisfying to get in. But mostly couldn’t enjoy my stay due to the owners showing up the property unannounced with no heads up or anything and has been there since we woke up until at least 5-6pm. That was quite concerning because usually owners don’t show up to the properties without atleast notifying the guest or something of the sort. Overall I give my stay 3 stars.

Amazing Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great location! Only complaints were some of the air ducts were covered in dust, the backyard had trash over by the screened porch and we had to reach out to the owner to get check in instructions (which were easy to do after getting them)

Nice peacefull property

Home was clean and neat, one bathroom had no hot water but there are two others so was not an issue- Pool was cleaned once while we stayed a week- but leaves and debri fall in daily- otherwise a beautiful nice spot

We stayed for a long weekend and the property was even better than expected. Very clean, great backyard & sunroom. Very spacious all around. Drove to Indian Rocks beach in 20 mins. We will stay again!

The house was set up nice. Be sure to read the description as they do rent out the garage as a studio. So you share drive way (was not an issue) and the backyard (pool). We had a great stay for our party of 8. Nice location, short drive to clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. Would stay again

Beautiful property

This was a perfect place for our family to spend a birthday weekend. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which worked beautifully for our family as we had 3 generations together. The pool was beautiful and enjoyable and the home was clean and welcoming. We will return in the future.

Beautiful Property!

We stayed at Sol y Luna with our family and young children. The booking process and arrival were seamless, as the booking descriptions were exactly as listed! The house was very clean and comfortable, and accommodated everyone in our party, and the back pool/yard area were perfect for our family! The house is located off of the main road, which allowed us ease to access the areas of town and the beach. Property manager was available when a maintenance issue arose and was able to stay in touch. Booking note: Pay attention to the listing description, as the garage apartment can be rented and the renter also has access to the pool area as well.

2 week holiday

The property was exactly as shown on the website. We visited in february 2023, the pool was cool but it didnt stop me enjoying it! The rooms were clean and spacious. Had a couple of TV nights in watching netflix and used the location as a base to explore some of florida's sights. We would thoroughly recommend it!!
