St Pete Isla Bahia Vista 8-309 2/2 Bath End Unit

Bahia Vista 8-309 is a beautiful, spacious, renovated, and vibrant third-floor corner condo located on the bay waters at Isla Del Sol. The unit features a brand-new sleeper sofa, a love seat, and a leather recliner! A spectacular and gorgeous kitchen with exquisite granite counters, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Bahia Vista 8-309 has free Hi-Speed WIFI, luminous flat-screen TVs, and a DVD. This unit can accommodate different family sizes and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite completely renovated bathroom with double vanity. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a desk if you need to work while you are visiting. The guest bedroom has a completely renovated bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 brand-new twin beds (2017). Unit 309 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, making this unit a complete home away from home. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address and email address for the application.

Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods, each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, and clubhouses, some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopper`s Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.

`The Island` is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters and the many beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort DeSoto Park, and Fort DeSoto`s North Beach, voted one of America`s top beaches. Tons of shops, restaurants, and many exciting things to do are just a short drive across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Blvd. Explore historic Pass-a-Grille Beach and the bustling St Pete Beach, or drive up the coast following Gulf Blvd through Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Shores all the way to Clearwater Beach to see what adventures you may find! It`s also just a quick drive to I-275 to experience all that Downtown St Petersburg offers.

St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has various accommodations ranging from large-scale resorts to the classic Florida `mom and pop` vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach, and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.”

In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east. The City of St. Pete Beach is just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach, and within 30 miles of St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. With year-round sunshine, abundant recreational activities, restaurants, and shopping, St. Pete Beach is one of the world`s most enjoyable places to live and vacation.

Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink, or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known for seeing dolphins playing in the bay water and boats cruising the waters, as well as birds and bunny rabbits that are protected. You can access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. Be sure to take time to enjoy the large pool and hot tub. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure during peak season.

• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Sandy Beach Vacations are excellent to deal with and can't do enough to make your vacation seamless As soon as we opened the door, we noticed a fresh clean smell. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and beautiful. We loved having all tile floors and full size laundry. Super view from the balcony - can't be topped. Loved our stay. Have booked for a longer period in 2020.

The views from the condo are fantastic. We watched dolphins swim by every day. The condo was very clean and extremely comfortable. We had a issue with the sleeper sofa sitting on it but Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals took care of it the best way they could. Thank you Cristal! We have boked it again for our next vacation.

Perfect place to stay!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this condo! It is in the perfect location.. Just a short drive to anywhere you need to go including the beautiful beaches. The views from the balcony are amazing and the pool is so nice. The grounds are very well kept and the workers/ security were so nice and helpful. The condo itself was amazing. It's was very clean and stocked with anything you would need. Everything was beautifully updated and it was the perfect size for my family of 5. We Were very impressed! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants

The condo is beautifully decorated, updated and clean. It is over the bridge from St. Pete Beach on the bay. The views are very nice. It is located on a golf course. Only complaint is there was construction on the building next to us and drilling, hammering etc started at 8:00 a.m. and went on all day. This should be a time limited issue. Otherwise, highly recommend this property.

It was being painted

We arrived from Boston only to find that the outside of building that our unit is in was in the process of being painted. All of the windows were covered with white plastic so we couldn’t see out and there was an employee on our deck. The management company was fantastic, they quickly found us another unit on the eighth floor of another building and it was great. The island itself is beautiful, very safe and in close proximity to the beaches etc.

Property Nice-communication with Sandy Beach poor

The property was nice. Communication with the rental agent was a problem. They neglected to get us a parking pass and we were cited by Isla security. Also there was no blue book . We asked to have the entry way light bulb replaced since it was dark at night and difficult to unlock the door and that never happened.

I thought other than a major ant infestation this was a nice place until checkout day.

First of all the condo itself is great very homey and the grounds are lovely but don’t mistake a water view for the ocean it’s a bay view. There is a severe ant problem inside outside on balcony even in the bed. But as we were packing up to leave I seen why it’s infested. House keeping showed up before we were finished so they went ahead and started. It absolutely blew my mind when I watched them only make the beds. We stayed for a week and housekeeping didn’t wash or change the bed clothes only made the beds. So then I thought oh my god we probably slept on dirty used bed clothes to. So if housekeeping is too lazy to clean the bed clothes then it’s no wonder the place was infested with ants. My suggestion would be wash them yourself before you sleep on them wish I would have
