The property was the best, 2bd 2 bath, full kitchen. We came for 18 weeks of medical treatments and were able to stay here most of the time. We have had no issues. The one thing is that the air stays on 74 as a request if the Condo owner. We would stay longer next time.

Paradise near the beach

Absolutely fantastic property that I cannot find a fault with. With a lovely supermarket directly opposite to a great view, and lovely pool it was very easy to settle in. The condo is very high quality with no exterior sound to be heard from surrounding apartments. The windows and glass doors were almost sound proof so there was little to no noise from outside. Clearwater beach was a nice walk away, or a very short jolly trolly bus ride. I wish I could stay longer

Great property! Enjoyed our 3 month stay!

This property is as described, we had everything we needed to have a great stay! Great proximity to beach, trolley, shopping and the grocery store right across the street. The pool area was very nice and other tenants friendly. Lobby area always neat and clean as well. My only 2 suggestions would be to either update the living area furniture or maybe just a steam cleaning could make a world of difference , and with so many keys to manage a better labeling system would be helpful. Over all we would stay in this property again and recommend to others!

Great unit, responsive owner, perfect location. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! So much so that we kept requesting to extend and wound up staying twice as long as originally anticipated. The owner was very responsive and kind. The unit itself has everything needed for a swift and easy move in. Just bring your clothing! We took advantage of the pool area and liked being so close to the beach while still being in a quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed at this property for almost 7 months while we were having a house built. We truly enjoyed our time there. The property is located within walking distance to Clearwater Beach which we did almost every day. The exercise was great and we treated ourselves to the different dining locations. Probably the best part was the people living in the condo....they were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking with them while sitting at the beautiful pool. Overall we had a 5 star stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We booked for three months and then added another three months to our stay

Our family of four stayed here for six months during a transition from one house to another. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Kid friendly. Mine are 9 and 11. There is a local property manager to take care of any issue there might be with the condo. We had none. I only had to contact the property manager for the get and return the keys. It is a corner unit so you get the sunrise and sunset. I was very surprised at how welcoming the owners of the other condos were. They treated us like we owned a condo in the building. They made sure to ask us to all the functions they had at the pool and the community room. We were able to move our boat to Island Estates for our six month stay. There is a private marina with available month to month slips for rent just an eight minute walk away. This was our first time renting from a website like this. The experience was great. This was third winter we have stayed in this condo. It is beautiful and it has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

This is the second year we have spent the winter in this condo. The condo is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It has everything you need. The building has many amenities including a pool, BBQ, a workout room, and a community room. There are several restaurants, a post office and a grocery store close by. Clearwater Beach is a short walk or trolley ride away. We are very much looking forward to coming back next year.

Fantastic condo in a great location.

We stayed in the condo for 3 months during a move / transition when my husband accepted a new job in the area. It was perfect. This is within walking distance to the Clearwater Beach and restaurants or bike or take the Jolly Trolly, The condo is new, clean, and well decorated and stocked with all you need the cook a great meal or BBQ at the awesome pool! Also there is a brand new grocery store going in across the street, no need a car at all. Tom, the manager, was very helpful meeting us and setting us up when we arrived. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again,
