Amazing gulf views await you in this beautifully updated condo. The building is upscale and secluded yet amazingly close to restaurants, shops and water sports of World Famous John's Pass Village! Also within walking distance to Candy Kitchen ice cream, shopping and transportation. The beachside pool, spa and sundeck offer a cozy, relaxing retreat.
Inside, the decor and ambiance is truly beach chic! Sip your coffee or tea and watch a family of dolphin frolic in the water from your private, oversized balcony. The living/family room is decorated with lovely beach appointments, a large screen smart TV and DVD player, and amazing beach views right from the ample seating area. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite countertops and beach views as well. The bedroom boasts a flat screen television, king size bed, ceiling fan and a large walk-in closet. There is also a full sized washer/dryer within the unit.

What a wonderful stay! The beach views off the balcony were superb. Every morning and evening watching the sun rise and set was perfection. The condo was well stocked, clean and the manager was very friendly and readily available for any questions. I loved being close to the beach and walking distance to John's Pass. I plan on staying again next spring break...you should too!

We found the apartment very nice and clean. It is directly on the beach and approx 5 min walk to John's pass. The host was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out. The building is also very well maintained. We had a very safe, restful and enjoyable stay. we will be coming here again.

Beautiful view, close to everything. Took a dolphin cruise and a trip to Shell Key through Hubbard’s, highly recommend. The pool is heated and new, beach is such a short walk out the back gate. Very safe and quiet area, we will definitely be back.

This condo was the best equipped I have stayed in. Everything you could want. Fran was very easy to contact and was very helpful. The location was great. Pool and hot tub was very nice. We have stayed in this area for many years and this was our best stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Fran was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made everything so easy. The condo was tastefully decorated and had a beautiful view of Madeira Beach — absolutely stunning! It was our first time visiting, and the condo was stocked with everything imaginable, meeting every possible need. It was so comfortable that we truly hated to leave. We will definitely be back!

The view was great as well as the condo. Could have used more hangers for clothes (there were only 6), so we ran and got some from Dollar Tree.

Really beautiful condo clean and well stocked. Balcony extra large and beautiful sunsets with close ocean view. Watch dolphins swim by! Great location short walk to Johns Pass along beautiful beach. Owner very responsive with any questions. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful property

My husband and I cam down and stayed the week of Spring Break. Property was very clean, spacious and views can’t be beat!!!! The most well-stocked VRBO we have ever been too ( which was a nice bonus). Beach wasn’t too crowded, rock do is well-insulated ( did t really hear neighbors), and near lots of restaurants and St John’s Pass. Would definitely go back!

The view was amazing. The condo was everything described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed even spices! It was also the first place we stayed that the pots and pans were in good condition!

The condo was very clean, anything you would need was provided for the renter. the view was outstanding, sunrise and sunset. walking distance to restaurants and johns pass. the owner with any questions, look forward to working with the owner again

Gulf coast bliss

First and foremost, our host Frances, was amazing. She was very communicative and quick with her response to any of our questions. The place was spotless and location is the best in Madeira beach. Front row view of the beach. Johns pass is only a 6 minute walk. Do not hesitate to book this property! We will be back! Thanks so much.

Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Living room and kitchen were nice. Did not have entry code on arrival, but host was easy to contact. Experienced a couple days with cold showers. Was surprised to find this rental open after a couple hurricanes came through.

Sister’s Trip

Great location, the view is spectacular, and the owner was so responsive to any question I had. This is the second time we have stayed here and looking to book here again in the future. The only downside was people smoking on site-on balconies and at pool area, as well as loud guests after quiet hours on their balconies as well. Otherwise, it was a relaxing and wonderful vacation for my sister and me.
