We arrived, looked at our email. Went to our room, put in the code sent and it was occupied. Tried calling phone numbers on email, travilocity customer service - nothing. Finally found a phone number at office amd finally got into our room. We've stayed here before without incident.

Our room was extremely small. We hardly could move around each other. We found the small size depressing.

I was unable to properly check in as the "online checkin service" did not recognize my email address saying itcwas invalid... which it is not... so i never checked in. The motel has no live onpremise operatir so i had to call to get into my room. She was helpful and got me in.
