The hotel offers cheap accommodation close to the Clearwater St Pete beaches and 20 mins to Tampa. I guess you get what you pay for, very basic, outdated and a property with zero frills. If this is what you want it’s perfect, if you want anything more then don’t stay at this property.

The staff was terrific, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The grounds were kept clean and orderly. What stood out the most was the staff, very courteous and professional. I had a very nice stay there and were stay there again AND recommend it to others!

People were nice however when we arrived the bed sheets were dirty, the microwave didn’t work and neither did the vanity light. They didn’t have any clean towels. We were constantly going down to the lobby in hopes that they had some but came up empty handed several times

ROACHES! Three were found in my room. When I called the front desk they did offer to move me rooms. But I was not spending another night there. The following day a manager called me and said they would “discount” my stay as they checked the room and there were none found. When I told her I had photos she changed her tune and said they would refund me for the night I left. Read the reviews, I should have. Many have had issues with roaches also. I would never stay here again!
