Welcome to the Sunrise Retreat! Whether you want to play golf, see the local sights, do water sports or just want to relax on the beautiful white Sandy beach.- we have it all here!
Short 5 minute car ride to Sunset each or Howard Park Beach. Kayak, boat and bike rentals at the beach. Sand toys provided for the kids. Music activities and movies in the evenings on Sunset Beach. Free parking at Sunset Beach and only $5 parking at Howard Park Beach. Head to the beach for the day!
This 3 Bedroom 2 bath home is located in a boating community and has a big front porch to sip your morning coffee, a large eat-in kitchen with a pantry for storage, laundry room, master bedroom and bathroom, living room with a fireplace, fenced in backyard that is great for pets, a backyard deck, grill.
Nearby Attractions include: Miles and miles of white sandy beaches with boat charters, water sport rentals, day/evening cruises and local breweries and wine tastings; Innisbrook golf course home of the PGA Valspar Championship; Tarpon Springs Historical Sponge Docks with remarkable Greek cuisine and entertainment as well as the site of the yearly Epiphany Celebration; Dunedin’s Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island; No. 1 rated Clearwater Beach that, along with daytime fun, also has a nightlife that is enjoyable for the whole family including talented street performers, movies in the park and vendors that line up on Pier 60. Also located in Clearwater is the Clearwater Marine Aquarium home of rehabilitated sea animals; Spectrum Field, home of the Phillies Spring training and Threshers minor league Baseball teams where during the summer evening home games a beautiful fireworks show ends the evening. A superb holiday in a magnificent location

We really appreciated the warm welcome we received from the owners, who were very concerned about our well-being. We enjoyed this beautiful, superbly well-equipped house with all the comforts we needed and the charm of the very quiet neighbourhood. Wedding on Honeymoon Island

The property at 106 Sunrise in Palm Harbor, Florida was everything its owners said it would be. It was beautiful and comfortable all at an excellent price. Frances and Jerry, the owners, did everything they could to make our stay as wonderful as it could be. I highly recommend this property.

House in Palm Harbor

This is our 3rd year renting this house. Frances and Jerry are great hosts. The rooms are large and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. There are 2 large decks and a gas grill. Sunset beach, restaurants, shopping all within a 10 minute drive. You can’t go wrong staying there.

Dirty little House!

Sheets on beds had not been changed. Floors were filthy. Dirt and hair on all floors and floors were greasy slick. Once I brought the items to the attention oh the host they stopped responding to me. Spent the first night washing bed linens and t half the next day cleaning floors. Not the way we wanted to spend our vacation!! Would not recommend renting from this host!

Relaxing time in quiet location

This is a spacious property in a quiet and attractive residential area. It has everything you need for a short stay but could do with significant refurbishment. The furnishings and decor probably date from the 80s and a number of windows don't open

Perfect for Dogs

This home was exactly what we needed. We had a wedding at a nearby golf resort, and we needed accommodations that allowed our dogs. This home was less than 10 minutes to the wedding, and the home was very dog friendly (tiled floors and fenced yard). We had an issue with one of the shower heads, and we let the owner know upon our departure. They had it fixed within hours of our notifying them. They are incredibly communicative and prompt, which we greatly appreciate. The home was easy to find (we arrived after dark and had no problem), and the coded entry made it easy to come and go.It was not the most up to date home, but you can't beat the price, location, and dog friendliness. We are very grateful!

We were looking for a hotel to stay before our cruise, then i went to vrbo. This house was perfect, very personable and easy to get to and travel around the area. Jerry/Frances were great. They knew we would be late so they left lights on for us. Lots of different spices and extras that most hosts dont leave.(toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, loads of towels/wash cloths, shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods) I cant say enough good things about this house.
