Rental Terms:

This unit is available for monthly rentals only (minimum 2831 nights).

High Season (JanApr): Rentals must follow calendar months (e.g., Jan 131; Feb 128/29).

Off-Season (MayDec): A full calendar month is not required, but a 30-night minimum still applies.

Important Information:

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

All reservations must be 30 nights and guests must complete application to rent prior to arrival.

Application Fee is $150

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
