The condo was cute and comfortable. We had plenty to use cookware wise to cook meals at home. The patio is screen in, so nice! Internet and TV works without issues. The condo complex is great- quiet and safe. We have stayed in this complex several times before, but this was the first time with Dana's condo. The beach is not far. Dana was very quick to communicate throughout our trip if we had any questions, and was very sweet. Her recommendations for places to visit and eat at were great. Looking forward to book with Dana again in the future. Thank you.

I sent my mom and her bestie of 55 years on a vacation with this location being their main stay. They had an absolutely lovely time and enjoyed the clean convenient ground level unit. The toaster wasn’t working and the owner had one delivered a few hours later. Very kind and stayed on top of things. We would stay here again for sure.

warm, sunny, friendly Florida

while searching for a nice place to stay for extended Thanksgiving holiday near family, I came across this treasure!! Our host, Dana was super. This cute apartment (condo), had everything needed for our 2 week stay. Clean and quiet. I really hated to leave. Will return on future vacations. Thanks again, Dana.

Stayed after a hurricane displaced us from our home and another hurricane came through two weeks later. Property was completely safe during a Cat 3 hurricane. Dana ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich im die Belange Ihrer GĂ€ste kĂŒmmert und stets erreichbar war. So suchte sie mögliche Events heraus und bot auch an frĂŒher anzureisen oder spĂ€ter abzureisen ( wenn es möglich ist ) Zur Wohnung: Sauber ! Sauber! Sauber ! Zudem bietet die Wohnung alles was man benötigt. Kaffee war vorhanden, sowie sĂ€mtliche KĂŒchenutensilien. Ebenso waren StrandtĂŒcher, Strandliegen, ein cooler und Schirm vorhanden. Wir waren vier Tage da, wĂ€ren aber auch locker eine Woche geblieben. Die Poolanlage haben wir leider nicht genutzt, sah aber gut aus. Zum Relaxen, nach einem langen Tag, sicherlich gut geeignet. Die Umgebung gut und man war sehr zentral gelegen. WĂŒrden wieder kommen und können es daher wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Perfect condo close to beach

My daughter and I stayed here and it exceeded expectations. Clean, great decor, 10 mins to beach, and most important, we both felt safe. We appreciated the quiet hours, and beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Highly recommend this condo!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater. The condo was clean and perfect for my wife and 2-yr-old. The host had a pack n play for us to use. Only 15 minutes from the main Clearwater Beach. Many great restaurants with a short drive. We really enjoyed using the pool at the complex.

The host was communicative and helpful. Inital use of key pad to front door took direct supervision of staff employee. Resolved without anymore issues, thanks to host! The condo was freshly decorated and clean for a relaxing stay. Quiet room with nice location to parking, pool, shopping and restaurants. Easy access to many beaches and local events. Dana is an efficient host with soothing tastes in her interior design choices. If you need something, it was available. Emergency supplies to Espresso coffee and every kitchen gadget was easily organized and fresh! Thank you for hosting me.

I traveled to Clearwater to participate in the Rock N Roll half marathon. Was looking for a place where the location was quiet and accesible to different dining and grocery locations. In addition, be close to the finish line. This property has everything you are looking for. Quiet, bed was comfy, AC worked very well. The property is in great condition. I felt like home away from home. Dana was an awesome host. She was available when needed and even provided dinner options. I will definitely come back next year to run once again and visit other attractions. Thank you Dana!
