Perfectly positioned across the street from the iconic Sunset Beach, this 1 bedroom condo is a blend of modern upgrades and coastal charm. The King bedroom offers additional sleeping with recessed bunk beds built into the wall. Full bath with tiled tub and shower.
Please note - renovation work is underway on first-floor units.
Property has a dock overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Dedicated parking for 1 vehicle.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
