Come and enjoy our little Slice of Beach paradise at our newly remodeled Beach Home with a large manicured yard with it's own putting green. Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath home is just a short 1 block stroll to our award winning sugar white sand beach. This Beach home is nestled in the quaint beach community of Indian Rocks Beach. Perfectly located with restaurants, pubs, shops , parks and of course the BEACH within walking distance. The beach access is directly across the street. Beautifully decorated home. The Good, the Bad, the Ugly

The Good, the Bad, the Ugly from our 2 week stay.The Good: Indian Rocks is a nice location. Less touristy than Clearwater (north) but still plenty of options for food and the white sand beach is relaxing. Check out the Tampa City Pass if you stay in the area.The house had space to spread out. The beach was clean and the water temps for end of June were very warm. The best part of this trip were the regular dolphin sightings in the Gulf at sunrise and sunset.The Bad: Water clarity was mediocre. Couldn't see anything beyond 3' deep on the best day. The waves here are too small for boogie boarding. The house kept having things go wrong. The door knob broke on our son's room and he was locked in for over an hour. The airflow in one of the bedrooms was non-existent. Bikes in pic were in disrepair. The AC broke down and we had to sleep one night with windows open - upper 80 degree temps in the house with humidity - wife was not happy! Survey team showed up one day w no notice scope location for future pool. Repairmen showed up another time to work on gutters.The Ugly: The interruptions!!! If you lease a beach house for 2 weeks you do not want to continuously juggle people you don't know coming in and out of the property. Do we take our valuables today or not? The kicker is when a man pulled up with California plates and fishing gear claiming to the owner and left his car in the driveway. Turns out he was... Interruptions soured the whole experience. So much for privacy.

Great Trip

Everything was wonderful!! Very nice house and accommodations. Nicely stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Only two things concerning. One was AC on main level never reached temp of 70. Upstairs AC awesome. Also the water in master is opposite of what you are use too. All the way left is cold and all the way right is hot. Took two days for us to figure that out overall a wonderful experience.

Perfect location.

Plenty of room and a nice backyard. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which worked our perfectly for us. Could walk anywhere and easy to get to the trolly.

Relaxing place

The stairs were toigh and the front door was difficult to lock/unlock, but the place was great aside from that. Would definitely stay again. 2 blocks from a nice playground was helpful.

IRB Beach Vacation

The location was wonderful because of the proximity to the beach. The putt putt in the backyard was a family favorite. There are a lot of stairs if you are traveling with kids or elderly.

Wonderful house

This property was perfect, great location and very comfortable. The three bathroom are beautiful and updated. My favorite part of the house is the ample patio bach yard perfect for me. For those that prefer the beach is only steps away from parking entrance. Hoping to come back soon

Great house and location

We were in town for a beach getaway for our family of five. The house was really well done with updates all over. The bathrooms were spacious and showers almost exotic for us. All five of us slept very comfortably as well. The kitchen was missing a few helpful items like a spatula but was functional for the limited meals we ate at the house. The kids enjoyed the putting green in the backyard as well. The location was perfect with a four minute walk to the beach and a public beach access point directly across from the street we were staying on. I did have trouble getting a response for a question we had about the area but the initial check in process was smooth and required no extra communication. All in all we were comfortable and the beach access was top notch.

Great place!

The house was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and only one block from the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood, restaurants/markets were in walking distance and all at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Location and Back Yard

This was an excellent stay, location was perfect and walking distance to beach and a few cafes. The backyard is huge and my kids loved it. Property was cleanly, check in was easy, and manager was prompt with questions and communication. Highly reccomend.

Great location

Beautiful property and amazing location just a block from the beach and within short walking distance from many good restaurant options. Only issue we had was there were multiple non working electrical outlets in bathrooms and kitchen area. Overall we really enjoyed the property and location.

Great Beach House!

Our house was recommended by our son who was being promoted to Col. while serving at McDill AF Base. Many of our family were able to attend and we loved this beautiful beach house! We were able to meet the owners and personally tell them how much we appreciated their lovely house. Wonderful stay.

Perfect location, amazing backyard!

Wonderful stay!! The location right next to the beach and great restaurants like Guppy’s. WiFi was great for working remotely. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and even a cart for it all. Loved using the paddleboard! Kitchen fully stocked and very usable for cooking. Ice machine is a little slow, but freezer big enough to add a bag of ice for $2 down the street. We had a last minute issue with the bathroom, but Bruce accommodated us quickly. He was very quick and responsive. Would 100% stay again.

Great place to stay for spring break get away!

We stayed at the house with two of my adult children and really enjoyed our stay. The location and proximity to the beach and local restaurants was very appealing. Would definitely go back!
