I checked out 15 minutes after checking in. I refuse payment through my credit card for absolutely inexcusable maintenance issues bugs and smells like I can’t even describe. I will not accept conditions of search.

First we can give it a one star because the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. But Place doesn’t look anything like the pictures dirty floor dirty sheets and floor needs to be swept looks like it has never been mopped ran down old apartments made it out of a motel shower knobs are broken if you can’t take care of the pool also just cover it up and outside watchers all night

The room had slick slippery floors like something was left on them, my son actually fell and hurt his knee. The water in the shower was on when we got there and would not shut off. There were bugs everywhere, cockroachs crawling out in daylight, it was nasty, we were scared to sleep there on the beds so we ended up leaving are requesting a refund which I'm not sure if we will get or not. The pool was solid green with algae. The area seemed like drug activity and scary people were residing at the hotel. People kept going near my truck outside and seemed to be scoping out my belongings in the back of my truck. I will never return, the place needs condemned.

Staff was rude. Couldn’t provide us with more than 2 towels for our 2 bedroom apartment, even though we had 3 people staying there. Shower was broken and didn’t turn off so the whole apartment was wet and musky. Found a cockroach in my bed before I went to sleep. WiFi didn’t work. Pool is green. The whole place is in shambles.

The rooms are disgusting. It smelled horrible. We had to change rooms. All the linen was stained. Dirty floors and were sticky walls were dirty. Pillows were very old and obviously not washed along with the comforters. The pictures on Expedia were probably from 20 years ago. The pool was closed Disgusting. Looks like it hadn’t been used in a very long time.definitely not a place for children. The cleaning and maintenance don’t know what they’re doing. Would not recommend.

Hi, no air conditioning and heater. No TV working. No toilet paper. I have to ask for. No lamp working. I need to call a lady to help me and once figuring some things, the Tv still doesn't work. The check out is a 10:00 am. An unpolite lady looked on my door and told me Check out is at 10:00 am. Better the one who checked me in. The other one n eds good manners and good customer service. Horrible place. Ugly furniture and carleless maintenance.

The room smell really weird. A mix of cigarettes and humidity mixed together. The bathroom was really unkept, like they just painted over the old paint and it was peeling everywhere, and there were dead baby roaches in the kitchen. Never again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had living at a motel / efficiency the roaches were so bad that they were crawling across the floors and I had to leave my lights on when confronted about the situation they said there's nothing that can be done. I also experienced another motel customer stating they didn't have power in their room and they were handed handheld lights and not provided another room or a refund. This is the worst establishment I've ever seen in my life

The entire hotel room was disgusting. it had not been cleaned. there was nothing in the room with it being a two bedroom with kitchenette room. there was two beds, a couch and a table. that's it. the floors were filthy. it was disgusting.
