Relax and enjoy the incredible views from this sunlit, beautifully appointed and recently renovated condominium unit at the much sought after Pelicans Cove in Indian Rocks Beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit located on the fourth floor has full and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, the beach and sand dunes from both the balcony and the master bedroom. Watch for the dolphins swimming by or the pelicans diving for fish!
Take a refreshing dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Enjoy a romantic start to the evening with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset from the privacy of your own balcony. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore.

Indian Rocks Beach is quiet, pristine and well kept. Walk for miles in either direction on some of Florida's most beautiful white sand beaches.

Everything you might need during your stay is close by within walking distance. Bicycle and water rentals can be located a short drive south on Gulf Blvd. Splash Harbour ( a water park for all ages) is only a 5 minute walk. Arrange to go boating, deep water fishing or para sailing at the IRB Boat Rentals next to near-by Splash Harbour.

Wonderful restaurants at different price points including Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee, Slyce Pizza Bar ( gourmet pizza), Crabby Bills ( road house), Villa Gallace ( fine Italian dinning), The VIP ( Mexican), the Cooky Cocconut and Café de Paris ( French Bakery, breakfast and lunch) are within walking distance and many will bring food to your door.

The owner loves to cook and has outfitted the granite-counter-top kitchen with everything you might need for your own gourmet feast and of course, a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

The floors are hardwood throughout. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed and TV and has an adjoining Carrera marble tiled bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and closet. The main bathroom has marble tiled floors and a bathtub. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. High speed wireless internet, cable TV and no charge long distance calling to anywhere in the US or Canada are included. All linens and towels including beach towels are provided.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your enjoyment on the white sandy beach.
There is a designated parking spot for the unit as well as additional guest parking.

The Largo Golf Club is a 7 minute drive and offers a well-groomed, par 64 course. Smugglers Cove Adventures ( miniature golf), the Clearwater Aquarium and John's Pass (known for its boardwalk shops and restaurants) are only a short drive or you can experience the Trolley that runs along the coast from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach.

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and LEGOLAND are a short 90 minute drive away.

Amazing location and owner!

The family and I had a great time. Right on the beach and a great view of the ocean. A couple challenges during our stay with the unit that the property owner was right on top of… would definitely go back!

Pelican cove paradise

We have been coming to Indian Rocks beach for six years and found this Pelican's Cove condo to be the perfect retreat. Very well decorated, clean, and the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom cannot be beat. Walking distance to restaurants and of course the 100+ flavor ice cream parlor. Highly recommend!

A beautiful view every morning.

The building is older, but pretty well-kept. The pool is unheated, so chilly, but you can’t beat the proximity to and view of the beautiful beach. The condo is very well equipped and the owner is very responsive.

The condo was just the right size for 3 adults. The view was beautiful…didn’t want to leave the balcony. The condo was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all cooking essentials, the appliances were in like new condition, the condo was clean, and It was conveniently close to IRB amenities.

We have enjoyed staying in IRB for several years. This was, by far, the best stay yet. The condo was clean, beautifully appointed and so welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better location-view and access to restaurants, golf courses etc. Can’t say enough about Colleen. So accommodating and quick to respond any time we contacted her. I would give this listing a 10.

Me and my family had a great vacation. Colleen has everything you could need m to start your vacation with. We had a lil hiccup with the cleaner but Colleen was on it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

The most relaxing vacation we have ever had!!

This condo is the perfect place to enjoy the beach, listen to the ocean and watch the sunsets. The interior is well appointed- new appliances, great cookware and dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable. Pelicans Cove is a small complex and everyone was so pleasant. Colleen is a delightful and responsive host. We are sad we can’t go back next year but have already booked a return stay in 2024

Colleen’s property has an amazing view of the gulf that we enjoyed immensely. Her condo is well stocked with everything you could need, we especially appreciated the washer and dryer. We are hoping to come back next year and stay in the same condo.

This was our 4th trip to Indian Rocks and our 1st stay at Pelican's Cove. We had a great vacation despite hurricane Elsa and a little red tide. Colleen was easy to reach and made sure we were comfortable riding out the storm.

Fabulous Vacation

The condo was as advertised. It looks like it was recently upgraded with new floors and new furniture. Colleen the property manager was great and responsive to a problem we encountered when we needed a new toaster by having one delivered within ten hours. One of the side benefits was the convenient beach closet in the garage which held our beach furniture which also fully stock with additional equipment. To summarize it was a great place to stay, great property manager and a great area. Look forward to enjoying this place on the near future.
