Please note: The community pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing from September 8 through October 3. During this time, the gazebo, tennis/pickleball courts, and community fishing dock will remain open for guest use. Nightly rates for these dates have already been adjusted to account for the temporary pool and hot tub closure.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful time for our Mom and Daughters trip. Condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable, location was perfect. We really appreciated all the beach gear (towels, cart, cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc) Highly recommend!

Awesome place!

We loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed! They had games for us and the kids and an awesome cart to take to/from the beach. Great apps on the TV for us to watch kids shows and movies for adults. We would love to stay here again.

Very good view of the bay. The grounds were kept spotless. Our unit had nice furnishings. The condo was located within easy walking to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Walk across the street to watch the sun set across the magnificent gulf while resting your feet in soft sand. This rental is in a great location!

Moldy and dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible experience. Place was dirty and moldy. No one to help when we called the two emergency after hours numbers at about 6pm. We couldn't stay in the room because mold allergies were triggered as soon as we entered. Place was not cleaned properly. There was no help or support or anyone to move us to a different room. We lost all our money.

Enjoyable stay at the Sunrise

Reviewer Comments: Once again we had an excellent vacation at the the Sunrise resortUnfortunately on arrival after a long flight, we found that the closets in both bedrooms were full, of either beach items( surfboard beach chairs trolley etc) or a unit full of games toys cleaner fan and other bits and pieces.Only after cleaning the closet were we able to make space to hang our clothes up, as we’re staying for 20 nightsThe property was clean and well decorated and more up to date than the photos of the apartment The location is excellent being so close to the beach shops and restaurants We have stayed many times in different condos in the resort and are booked in the Sunrise resort again next year but on a higher floorThe on-site staff were very helpful and the gardens are well maintained We managed to move some of the cleaning equipment into the cupboard in the kitchen, which was already pretty full, and the beach equipment onto the balcony.We informed the office of this and they were ok with that.

It was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a pool and the beach was a block away. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. We had a fantastic time and are planning to go back next year.

Long time guest dissappointed with new management rates

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been a happy guest at the Sunrise for over 20 years and have accepted reasonable rate increases during that time. NextHome's decision to increase the January rate to high season rates and to increase administrative fees and housekeeping plus asking for a breakage insurance motivated me to shop somewhere else. The whole experience really effected what should have been a relaxing time with other long time loyal guests into a stressful time of disappointment for all regarding future stays at the Sunrise.
