Honestly we I wish we had more time to spend at the house I truly enjoyed the time there. Huge bonus that we saw dolphins most days in the back yard.

The property was emasculate, spacious, and exactly as advertised. The hosts were easily accessible and quickly responded to messages. The views from the patios and rooftop deck were beautiful. The hosts had several beach items, fishing poles, bikes, etc. Lastly bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, laundry facilities and kitchenware was all available for our use. We will definitely stay at there properties again!

Beautiful home. We could not have asked for more. The location is perfect. The water views are amazing. Only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping. It is located on a very quiet street. We stayed six nights. Our group was thrilled. The place is immaculate. There is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and grilling. The rooftop access is great. The decor is perfect. It appears to be recently remodeled. Everything is fresh and new. The tile work, paint, decor, everything was just lovely. It’s great having all the beach gear provided. Chairs, cart, toys, floats, cooler. The pool is very nice, good sized. Plenty of seating and loungers. Very convenient having access right out your back door. It is never crowded as it’s only shared with a few rentals. Thank you Ken for being so responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained everything was…we are pretty sure the place was recently completely renovated as some of the appliances still had stickers on them.What really set this home apart for us was the high-end amenities you don't typically find in standard vacation rentals.There was a rooftop terrace which was down our favorite spot to hang out! The panoramic views, comfortable seating, and fire pit made for incredible relaxing end to our evenings.There was a cute coffee and wine bar that was thoughtful addition to start our mornings.The place was as pictured and huge with 4 levels and a private elevator, a fun game room, bikes, and easy pool access that pretty much made the stay feel like a resort experience.The manager was easy to communicate with and quickly responsive to us. The location is also unbeatable!! It was super walkable to the beach and restaurants nearby! We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and absolutely will be back! 10/10 recommend! Thank you for our stay!
