Waterfront 1 Bedroom and 1Bathroom bayside condo DIRECTLY overlooking beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay. Fully furnished unit with your own private waterfront balconies, overlooking the bay and the romantic gold coast sunsets. Heated swimming in the winter and Jacuzzi. Cozy, comfortable and tropical style
Dolphins are spotted in the bay while you are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Shore birds are viewed daily and Bottle Nose Dolphins and manatee's can be seen.

Snook, Redfish and Sea Trout frequent the grass flats just a short walk off the beach for wade fishing, or bring your boat, excellent launch ramps are nearby.

Condo includes upgraded granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, bar stools, king size bed, sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two. Everything you will need for entertainment. You just need to bring your swimsuit.

Restaurants are nearby - Outback Steakhouse, Cody's, Steak & Shake are just a few. Or you can stop at nearby supermarket to pick up something to throw on the grill on the common area on your way back from the beach. Lots of activities nearby. Quick access to Pinellas Walking Trail, John's Pass and the BEACHES are within minutes from the condo or by boat. The closest beach is Madeira Beach - 2.7 miles by car.

We loved our stay in this unit for the second year in a row! The condo is so clean and we absolutely love the huge balcony overlooking the water! The location is close the everything you need. The pool right on the water is great, and we can be to a beach in less than 10 minutes. It is a friendly and quiet resort. Once again, we saw lots of dolphins! The host is so accommodating and helpful. I'm sure we will be back again next year!

We’ve stayed in several units at this resort and this was one of our favorites. Top floor on the marina side is nice. Loved the comfortable king bed. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom had plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. Thank you for a nice stay!

Beautiful View & Great Location

We absolutely loved staying in this unit at Boco Ciega Resort! It was the perfect location for attending a swim meet (the reason for our trip) & having fun at the beach (about 8 minutes away). The condo was extremely clean and the view was amazing from the huge balcony! We even saw dolphins every day! We were extremely impressed with the pool & hot tub right on the water, too! Our host was very attentive, checked in with us, and communicated promptly. We hope to stay here again in the future! Kristin

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was everything the description said and more. The view was just amazing, with a sweeping view of Boca Ciega Bay. Everything was very clean, I was impressed. The bed and other furniture were clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and accommodating. I’m looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful view

I was very happy with the view and balcony. The condo was very clean. The location was great close to everything. I was disappointed in the living room furniture very uncomfortable and not what was in the picture. I also feel that the shower needed a few things fixed- shower head was covered in lime buildup, and for safety there should be something in the tub to prevent slipping. Also the two rolls of toilet paper were the thinnest and cheapest. Also there were two tissues in the box. Lastly the pool code was wrong and thankfully a neighbor advised the proper code.

Perfect condo

This property was amazing! The location was great and in a safe area. The view couldn't have been better! We loved the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats everyday! The beach to swim was an easy 5 minute drive away. Many stores and restaurants are close by. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a very welcoming homely vibe. It had all the supplies we needed during our stay. Gertrude, the host was wonderful. She was very attenuative and responded right away when booking and thru out our stay. The check in process was simple and we had a late check in. She was also very accommodating and let us have a late check out. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay, we will be back!

Wonderful
