Loved the condo. Only thing was the bed was a little firm for my taste, but thats personal preference, the wife liked it. The view is amazing, nice having Doc Fords next door to walk to. There was some basic stuff in the pantry from previous guests. The pool & hot tub were heated and comfortable temps. The other people there were freindly as well. Hina was quick to answer any questions we had, Highly recommend! Another thing, nice location, 20 min to ST Pete airport(PIE) and 15-20 min to Johns Pass.

Wow!!

Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice!

Great waterfront

Cozy little condo perfect for a couples getaway. Great waterfront and sunset views. The bedroom is comfortable and even though its facing the main road, you don't hear the traffic noise. We would definitely come back.

PLEASE READ FULL DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Management must be fixing residual affects from Hurricane wasn’t told ongoing maint would be happening. Heard tin being cut at 7am (realize it needs done but should’ve been told) building is dated. Room inside has pretty much all the things you need. Looking strong we noticed tape where they painted & was left on. Maybe petty but 1 ply toilet tissue is gross. Pot & pans are horrible, everything stick e to them. There’s no pier/boat ramp like you see in pics. See timber where it use to be. Pool & hot tub close at dusk. Had chairs & umbrella for use was great. Would’ve liked to of had small cooler. Forget about having directions on how to work the tv, thankfully the hubby is tech savvy. Little to no channels. We choose to not sign in our Netflix. The road noise from the highway that runs along side the building is horrible. We actually really disliked this! Cars racing & loud exhaust pipes Wasn’t pleasant as you tried to relax on the balcony. We did see manatees, dolphins and stingrays in the water. Check in/out process was very easy. Ohh the bed & pillows are less than par Th must have a topper on it because it was sliding off the one side of the bed. It has several pillows to choose from but when they are all the same kind (flat) it don’t matter. Overall if you look for inexpensive & next to main highway this is for you. If looking for relaxation and nicer amenities you might want to keep looking. We personally won’t be returning.

We stayed here last year and loved it so we rebooked. We were a little disappointed about some things that were ignored. It’s fair to say there was leftover damage from the hurricane. Pool was up and running as promised.Could use a little help
 but still a positive place to be!

Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The condo unit could use some maintenance, new furniture, new doorwall and blinds that would make it more aesthetically pleasing but didn’t take away from our enjoyment..

Overall, a very nice experience. View was wonderful. Unit was well equipped and met our expectations in almost all areas. Traffic noise was a bit annoying and the bed could use an upgrade but overall we were very pleased.

Do Not Stay- Disgusting!!!!!!

We could not stay here. Blood, urine and hair all over the supposidly clean sheets. Owner told us to change the sheets ourselves but the extra sheets were also stained. When we pulled the sheets back the entire mattress was covered in urine stains. Everything else was not clean like the floor and utility closet was open upon entering. The furnace filter was covered in inches of dust, has not been changed for years. Do not think other positive reviews are accurate.

Gorgeous View

I loved that we didn't have to go to a desk to check in we simply went to the room and used the code provided by the host, there were no gates or assigned parking (which was plenty) you just drove onto the property. Next door is Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grill, and plenty other restaurants and shopping near by. Upon entering the condo and opening the blinds was the most beautiful view of the water and the sunset. The place very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cup etc... if you wanted to cook. There was a Welcome Book that gave the WiFi login and other information. The host, Hina, responded quickly to questions. During checkout we left at the designated time and made sure the door was locked...easy peasy. This is a cozy place to getaway and relax. You can't beat the view.

Great place to stay

Stayed in this condo during the aftermath of Milton. The condo was clean and worked well for the two of us. The water views are awesome and we did see dolphins and manatees. The location is convenient and is right next DocFord’s.
