Welcome to Ocean’s 14! Just one block from the vibrant village, everything you need is a short walk away: shops, restaurants, bars, museums, the pier, the charming SSI lighthouse, and the beach.

Inside, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. Relax in comfortable beds, admire local artwork, and gather in cozy areas. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet, Mesh Wi-Fi, three flat-screen TVs, and multiple charging stations. Breathe easy with HIPA and Infrared air filters, and enjoy pure water with a reverse osmosis filter.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features two large screened decks and a plunge pool. The decks overlook a serene lagoon, perfect for sipping coffee or wine while watching turtles, herons, eagles, and ospreys from a 60-year-old, 13-foot redwood farm picnic table.

Built in 2019, this beautiful home is nestled in a quiet nook, yet just steps from the heart of the village. Ocean’s 14 is the perfect gathering place for family and friends to relax, have fun, and create wonderful memories. We look forward to hosting your stay in our lovely home.

Great house - perfect location

I can’t recommend this house more. Beautifully decorated and appointed, right next to a lagoon where we could just sit and watch nature do its thing. The house is also located a short walk away from a number of shops and restaurants but ticked away on a quiet cul de sac so you get the best of both worlds. The host, Ryan, was super attentive and friendly and very quick to respond to my messages with questions about the house or a restaurant recommendation. Book this place. You won’t regret it. We’ll be back.

Perfect Property for a Large Group. Ideal Location.

The house was very spacious for our extended family. The living spaces are very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for multiple couples or a large family. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We did not use the pool but the screened porches were perfect for morning coffee/tea and evening drinks/cocktails. The location could not be better. We were able to easily walk to all attractions near the pier/downtown. We would/will stay here again. I highly recommend this property. PS—the host, Ryan, is the best! A few small items were forgotten. He was very helpful in ensuring the items were returned. Great guy!

Wonderful family vacation place.

Had a great time. Loved the lagoon and pool. Can't wait to come back. Beach is close by, but with the heat and humidity it was much easier to drive to one of the public beach access points and carry our sunshade, chairs, toys, and cooler down. My daughter in law says the toddler water wings jacket at the pool was worth the whole trip. Kids stayed in the pool day and evening when they weren't playing in the ocean or tide pools.

The house is close to the neighbors, but was built in such a way that it is very private. The neighbors were very friendly. The location to town and beach was very convenient. Beautiful house, amazing location

We hesitated renting this house because we have 6 kids, ages 6-16, and we were worried the pool would not be big enough, but we are so thankful that didn’t deter us! Everything about this house was perfection. Great layout, high ceilings, very clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, the porches were awesome, master suite was a-mazing, and the pool area was more than adequate, which is where we spent the majority of our time! Couldn’t have asked for a better location to restaurants, shops, pier and beaches. We would 100% stay here again!! Bonus the neighbors were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you for an amazing trip to St.Simons Island. We can’t wait to come back!!

Ryan is an excellent host and his space is amazing. It is walking distance to the pier and many of the shops and restaurants. The house was super clean, well stocked, and up to date. Fall family trip!

St Simon’s Island is our favorite spot as a family! We try to visit at least once a year. This house is probably our favorite so far! There’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The porches over looking the lagoon are incredible! The kitchen isn’t lacking, plenty of pots, pans and dishes which are of great quality. The location is perfect, we walked to the village every day. We would most definitely love to stay here again!

All around fantastic

Traveling with little ones is never easy, but this house had it all and settling in a breeze. The house has a great open layout for managing little ones, the pool is a perfect size for lounging around, incredibly short walk to restaurants (and ice cream), and easy access to public beaches. You truly couldn't ask for a better setup for a vacation with the family.

We all agreed that the property was everything we hoped it would be. The household was used extensively along with the screened-in deck and pool area. The location is walking distance to the town (pier, shops, restaurants, etc.) and yet private enough to enjoy the wildlife in back. The master suite was a highlight and the large bathroom did get a lot of attention by all. We did experience minor issues with towels, the upstairs refrigerator, and downstairs ice freezer. Yet, Connor was very responsive to our needs during the week and took care of everything promptly.

Exquisite location

This luxury home is ideal for close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The lagoon is so scenic. Our kids loved seeing the turtles, egrets and other wildlife. The layout downstairs was wonderful. There was plenty of room all over for our party of 11. One minor problem was the upstairs bed in the study. It was almost as if it were a set of box springs with a mat-like topper. However, we expressed concerns about its comfort, and the property manager immediately addressed it. Also the upstairs master bed had a support leg collapse. It was quickly replaced. A plus was the kitchen. I’ve never visited such a well-stocked one. Anything and everything we could have needed was available.

What a great house for our annual family vacation! We are a close family, but not close enough to want to share bathrooms. This home worked out perfect. Beautiful place to stay. Close to everything. Loved it!

This house was beautiful. It was very well stocked. Walking around town in the shops was so fun. We will be back.

Beautiful home and perfect for our quick family get together! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We will be back soon! Location was amazing and the home is beautiful! Loved the pool, pond and all of the tables for family dinners! Perfect!
