This exquisite oceanfront home is conveniently located in the East Beach neighborhood just steps from the beach. Overlooking Gould's Inlet this home offers some of the island's finest sunrise views right from your windows!
Enter through the large arched front door into a welcoming foyer. To your left, you'll find a cozy sitting room, while the laundry room and powder room are conveniently located to your right. Walk straight ahead through another arched entryway to discover the heart of the home; an open-concept space combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This central gathering spot leads to a covered porch furnished with comfortable couches and an outdoor dining table and stunning ocean backdrop, making this the perfect location for dining al fresco. The well-equipped main kitchen features marble countertops, a glass tile backsplash, Wolf gas cooktop, two Bosch dishwashers, and a large Thermador refrigerator. The first of the three primary suites is also located on this floor with a king bed and spacious bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity.
Make your way upstairs to discover, two more large primary bedrooms with direct access onto the oceanfront deck. Each comes with its own luxurious bathroom, featuring soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and double vanities. One bedroom offers a king bed, the other a queen. On the opposite side, two guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations - one with a queen bed and a tub/shower combo, the other with two twin beds and a walk-in shower.
