Spacious Home with private pool and dog friendly!

Welcome to Island Time Cottage. Prepare to be wowed. Located on the south end of the island near all the action. Less than a mile to the beach and 2.5 mile to the Pier/Village area. Island Time has so much to offer. With three bedrooms and 2 baths you can comfortably sleep six here and you will vacationing in style.

From the flooring to the furniture to the decor, comfort is the main theme of this home. There is a living room and a den, both with wall mounted TV's and plenty of seating for you and your guests to watch the next big game. If that isn't enough there is a larges screened in porch with sectional seating and another large screen TV.

From the porch you have access to the backyard pool that can be heated upon request for an additional fee. You will enjoy the night lighting in and around the pool. It's more than just a dipping pool. There is plenty of seating around the pool and there is a fire pit table you can sit around and stay warm during one of our rare cooler days.

All three bedrooms come equipped with king sized beds. All bedrooms have TV's as well. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. From the master there is a back door out to the pool deck. In three steps you can be in the pool.

The second and third bedrooms are just as nice as the master but share a hallway bath between them.

You will love all the finishes in this house. Ship-lap accent walls, interior brick, eclectic decor, and comfortable furnishings. Nothing to want for in the kitchen. You can let you inner chef out here.

Beautiful Rental property

This property is tastefully decorated and well maintained. Location is close to the village and the beach. We truly enjoyed the heated pool and the home. We will definitely be back.

Charming Home

The Greene’s home was so charming! Had everything we needed to feel right at home on our kid-free weekend. We loved sitting on the swing in the front to watch the sun go down, relaxing by the pool where the smell of the gardenias and jasmine blooms rivaled the almost perfect temperature of the warm sun combined with a light cool breeze. We were in absolute heaven! Our dinners out were accompanied by a nightcap on the back patio with the string lights and the sounds of the tree limbs blowing around in the wind. We will 100% be back. We have quite literally fallen in love with the ssi!

The pool was excellent. The outdoor area was great. Lots of chairs and seating outside. The outside area and screened in back porch were my favorite! The house was very clean when we got there. Only small complaint was there seemed to be alot of dog hair on things still especially the outdoor patio furniture. But that is expected when it is a pet friendly house. The bathrooms were a little on the smaller side but we made due. And there’s a small leak in the back porch area we noticed when it rained. But nothing that affected us. Very nice house and we would definitely come back. Very close to everything which made it nice. The rental company was very easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
