The rooms and staff were great but the beach front was unusable due to seaweed that stunk horribly. The grounds are beautiful but to be out is to have this awful smell of seaweed dying in the bay. Some rooms also smell inside, thankfully we didn’t have that impact. Additionally the entire stay which was over a week with two separate rooms had no tv service at all with kids. Not credit or offset at all for either shameful

The property is in a good, neutral location. The TV’s and room phone did not work our entire stay. So I had to use my cell to call to the front to get towels, I had to call 3-4 times in a row just to get someone to answer the phone. We were lucky our room was in building 14 on the the 4th floor. The smell was so bad down low, I do not know how anyone could stomach it. Absolutely horrible.

Beah was closed on the property due to seaweed and it smelled horrible, we had no TV our entire stay, food wasn’t good all .. breakfast was limited due to them saying they didn’t have certain things on the menu.. overall experience was horrible.. however we had a great time at near by islands

i Called last week spoke to someone told them before we left to go on the vacation that the beach was shut down and I wanted 4 days for free so they called the hotel and the hotel lied to you guys or you lied to me we had to pay 120 dollars to taxi us to a near beach each way crazy expensive we spent over 1600 in taxi rides to just go to the beach I would like a refund the smell of the beach we stayed at was nasty smelt. Like dead fish I would like someone to look into this you shouldn’t sell people trips if you don’t know if the beach is usable I want answers!

The floor in the room was moist meaning wet from i guess the ceiling leaking, the staff at the restaurant was very unattentive to us and other guest, they wasn't trying to help or pitch in to help one another, service was terrible! Wasn't much to fo at the resort. Was not worth the 6 days we was there!

I visited in early April with 6 of us, older teens and two rooms. The rooms were not clean or prepared properly. There were mix ups from the minute we checked in as we came with my sister’s family as well. I had been overcharged for my room, locked out of one of my rooms for 5 hours, and still awaiting my promised refund and it has now been a month. I love St Thomas and have visited before. I will go again but most definitely NOT to this resort. The customer service is subpar and if you like to explore and leave the resort, experiment island life, this is not the resort to visit.

Our room was clean and up to date. Beautiful views. Restaurant onsite convenient and food was good. Transportation provided all around the grounds if you wanted. Taxis available for off site adventures. Front desk people tried to persuade us to book trips for off site, which wasn’t a bad thing but they weren’t good about small important details like laundry area, fitness center. For first time travelers you don’t need to rent a car. Not even from the airport. They are everywhere.
