The property itself is beautiful. Aside from Shermin (breakfast server), Kaiven (bell hop) and Nalani (bartender), I felt the majority of the staff wasn't very friendly. Additionally, the front desk and individual that manages airport transfers failed to follow up with multiple requests and questions. Another thing I really didn't like and that came as a complete surprise was that in addition to the $75 per day resort fee there's a $200 per day incidentals that they put on your credit card upon checking in. Another issue I had is that I requested a 1 hour late check out which was declined. I went to breakfast at 7am then headed back to my room at 8 to find that they cleaned our room, ripped down my wifes birthday decorations and poured out all of our beverages. So not only could they not extend our checkout by one hour but they entered the room and cleaned i 3 hours BEFORE our actual checkout time.

Food options cuisine was good. However, I felt as if the attention to detail was lacking in the dining. Plastic cups offered at the sand bar and water spilling from the server at the salt shack as she poured water. Just a few examples of lacking the sophistication or commitment of the Westin brand. Food was 2.5 out of 5 . Coming from NYC, we know what good service and food is. Our opinion of the dining experience was shared by other couples. Breakfast service at the shorebird was good but felt like being on a cruise ship at times. Property is very well situated and the views are excellent. Rooms were good, but needed some maintenance. Would stay again, but not a 5 star.

The property was beautiful, the room was beautiful and clean, we did notice maybe they were understaffed. Multiple times we couldn’t get pool towels, the elevator was broken for 24-36 hours roughly, the staff wouldn’t even look at you for at least 10-15 minutes, then they would tell you they would be with you shortly. Overall, everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful resort for the Island. The beach is not super accessible for our daughter with special needs but it was nice amenities on it. Recommend making reservations in advance for the restaurants. The food was great, the room service food limited and the coffee was horrible and I am not picky about coffee. Don’t waste your money on that, go to the coffee shop.

We have enjoyed your hotel when it was Frenchman's Reef but this is our first stay as Westin. The facilities were great but what we enjoyed most was the service we got. Especially from Amy at the Sushi restaurant and Lecah P at the front desk please let them know that.
