We stayed at the Buoy House last minute due to a power outage at the Westin. The only complaint that I have was that we had to wait a few hours to check in at the Buoy House because they didn't have our information transferred from the Westin timely. Otherwise, the staff was amazing and our new room was beautiful. Wish there were more dining options but food was fantastic as were the drinks. Again, staff was amazing, beautiful views, and both facilities were very clean and well kept. Would definitely visit either property again!!

The room and property was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Having to valet the car instead of parking ourselves added an unexpected cost but they were quick each time so it wasn’t a huge deal. I liked that it was secluded from the rest of the town annd more private. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to the Virgin Islands and I went with the Westin based on numerous reviews. We had a terrace/ocean view room. The view was in fact gorgeous, but the room lacked the brilliance I was hoping for. The bathroom needs badly updated. The shower head barely had any pressure and rarely had hot water. Room cleaning was a hit and miss. The dining options are expensive and did not impress me. Overall it is a beautiful resort with very friendly staff, just feel the price you pay for the room didn’t live up to the hype.

We had a wonderful stay at the westin. The property is breathtaking and the staffs were amazing. We had some issues with the AC in our room but the staff was very accommodating and gave us an upgrade. Overall we had a great time and will definitely recommend this resort.
