Built elevated above the tropical landscape in a glorious oceanfront setting, Villa Songsaa (Villa Sweetheart) combines the finest in Caribbean style with an exquisite East Asian interior theme. This newly updated private vacation home overlooking Pineapple Beach, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands, is surrounded by spectacular ocean vistas and cooled by constant trade winds.

Villa Songsaa is your home away from home right on the water. This villa is a private villa, right above the water, with unobstructed water views and ultimate privacy.

Located within a gated Resort community with all the amenities. This is the one!

Stunning ocean views fill the entire living and dining area, which can also be viewed through to the bedroom.

A private terrace, with amazing long range views, provides immaculate sea
views, along with a secluded place to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings and trade wind breezes.

VILLA SONGSAA can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, Flat screen TV with cable, iPod compatible radio, in room safe, and of course air-conditioning. There is complementary WiFi in the villa as well as around the resorts common areas.

The resort is designed in such a way that the units feel extremely private and serene. The Resort is close enough to the town of Red Hook for dining and shopping but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. By far Point Pleasant Resort is the most romantic, relaxing, and affordable vacation resort on St. Thomas. The villa really is just an amazing place to just relax, slow down and get away from it all.

VILLA SONGSAA, is not only in a world class resort with lots of amenities but the unit itself is set apart from many other units because it is the closest unit to the water and only a 2 minute walk to the the waterfront restaurant and beach which prevents you from having to walk up and down the steep hills all day long. Being right on the water allows you to fall asleep to the soothing sound of the rolling waves. Dining outdoors on the private wrap around the terrace with views of St. John and the BVI is equally sublime.

Studio condo with great location

We spent a week at this villa in Dec 2024. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great- the view from the balcony is spectacular, short walk down to a good restaurant/bar with an equally spectacular view, 15 min walk along the bay gets you to Coki Beach and Coral World, and a short drive to Red Hook you can enjoy a bunch of good restaurants and a grocery store. The host was also very responsive and sent a very thoughtful introductory email. Some things we didn’t love: the unit is not a true 1 bedroom (there is no door separating the living area and bed), the bathroom also doesn’t have a true door (bamboo curtain
not exactly private), there isn’t a good place to set out your suitcase so you can access it without also tripping over it constantly, and when the wind kicked up there was a LOUD rattling noise made by the sliding glass doors to the balcony. That being said, the main reason we would hesitate to book this specific unit again is due to the bedroom not being able to be closed off from the living area. After putting our baby to bed at 7pm we were forced tip toe around and have the lights dimmed for the rest of the evening so as to not wake her. We would definitely return to this community again if we could find a bigger unit!

There was sand in corners or bathroom floor. Power outages as expected but on day of arrival there were 2 with no storms. Since AC was off until we arrived at condo & stayed out until 1 a.m. return it was very humid. Good bought on way was not able to survive since fridge was warm upon arrival.
