Very disappointing stay. Not customer friendly. The place and area are beautiful. We were constantly reminded by front desk staff that this was the off season anf what they don't do. It's on a hillside and not at all disability or handicap friendly. As it's 2 separate buildings in a hillside. Walking between them unless physic fit is daunting. The cart drivers that we did get too pick us up between bldgs super nice. Professional. Front desk not much help at all. Did not offer any service. I asked about laundry service and was told they will do it but we need to bring it. Only saw the housekeeper on the day before we were leaving. Sugars in the coffee receptor were hard from probably moisture. If we asked them to call for a taxi they would but would tell us to come down the hill to get the ride. It will not be a repeat place for us to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from our condo overlooking the bay was breathtaking. We also took the snorkeling and scuba diving offered there and, and highly recommend it.

My room 322 was clean but EXTREMELY outdated. Needs upgrades, the whole thing. I was able to sleep the night but I would never go back if all the rooms are like that. I was overpriced from hotels.com SO MUCH!!! I’ve never had that happen before. Beach was nice. Restaurant and bar were good.

Lost electric, no a/c and water for better part of a day, no notice to guests or est. for restoration. Had to pay for water. I was a repeat customer, mentioned at CK in, no recognition, offer for a drink or discount of any sort. Made reservation for dinner, was kept waiting for 50 minutes while others from the bar went ahead. No hotel pick up and delivery to airport. Overall very nice location, average staff, dated facilities .

Property was beautiful and well kept. Room was not modern (loose faucet, old decor, sliding glass door did not work properly, poor water pressure). Only one restaurant on the property but excellent food. Location is far from the airport, shopping, restaurants and local shops.

The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing. Loved the self-contained convenience of restaurants, sports shop and beach towel distribution booth on the property. Our 2-bedroom 2nd-floor beachfront condo was perfect, with great views from the balcony.

Everyone says as soon as you fly into St Thomas, hurry over to St John. If they stayed at the beautiful Secret Harbor, they’d be convinced that the amenities, beach, and hospitality rival anything in St John. It was an awesome experience

This was our second stay at Secret Harbor. This property is amazing with a beautiful quaint little beach. Snorkeling is wonderful. Always beach chairs and umbrellas available and is steps away from your door. We will definitely stay here again but will rent a car because taxis are now out of sight to get around in since we visited 3 years ago.
