Welcome to Pineapple Village 3800, a newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 5-bath unit located within Jimmy Buffett`s Margaritaville Resort on St. Thomas` east end. This unit is ideally situated close to the community pool and offers free parking along with the added security of a 24-hour guarded front gate. Just a few minutes` drive away is Red Hook, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, as well as catch the ferry to St. John.

The condo is designed for your comfort and convenience, featuring a spacious and private layout. Enjoy the entire condo to yourself with access to the pool available for all guests of Pineapple Village. Whether you prefer to lounge by the pool, explore nearby attractions, or simply relax in your beautifully appointed unit, Pineapple Village 3800 has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

We recommend renting a car to fully explore the island, but we are happy to assist in arranging other transportation options if you prefer.

Pineapple village

Location close to Margaritaville was nice. Short walk to Coki Point Beach. Very nice beach but go when there are no cruise ships in port. Very busy. Went another day and just a few people there. Rent a car. Taxis are very expensive and they charge by the person not by the ride. All in all pineapple village was a nice place to stay.

Great property with lots of space. Nice courtyard. Directions to the actual location of the unit would have helped finding but beautiful, large unit, kitchen nicely stocked.

Stayed at pineapple village for 10 days for the 1st time. Been to numerous other locations before and decided to tey a new place. Over all the property was ok. Always had standing water on the sidewalks. The landscape looked like it only gets cut once a month. The unit was great for a layout for the group we had. Uthe unit need to have the mini splits repaired by a competent tech. They made so mch noise that it made it impossible to sleep in the main bedroom. Good news is the couch is comfortable.

Id give 10 stars if i could!

This rental is beautiful and Justin is amazing to work with!! The location is perfect, right next to margarittaville when you need a quick dinner after a day of travel and only a few minites feom the beautiful Coki beach!!! Justin is sure to gice you a ton of helpful information for taxis, rentals and even grocery delivery (which is worth it!) We will be staying here again when we visit the VI in the future!

Great location

We enjoyed being able to go to Margaritaville for dinner and drinks. Walking distance to Coke Beach. Short distance to Redhook and felt very safe in the complex. Would book again.

Always a perfect choice!

This is my is my 2 time using PLV @ pineapple villas. Every experience gives me great appreciation for the thoughtful planning Justin and his team displays. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, The layout of the units were perfect giving everyone their own private space, inside/ outside dining option's, ample beach gear, coolers, snorkeling equipment. Walking distance to cookie point beach, Margarita Vill and Coral-world. All you need to bring is a toothbrush, credit card/ cash and remember your on ISLAND TIME vacation at its best awaits you! #USVI #STT #GOODVIBES

Spring Break Adventure

For our second visit to the VI we decided to invite close family friends. We needed a location that could accommodate a group of 10, provide privacy when desired and access to fun for teens. Best Vacation!!!

Thank you so much Justin! You were so attentive to every request even though you sent us everything we needed before we left homeâ˜ș. We were a party on 9 adults with 3 couples and 3 singles and the house worked pretty perfectly!! We loved the areas to congregate! The pools around the property were A+. We loved the location as we were able to walk to the beach and to a few restaurants. The places was clean and had everything we could need from a wine opener to an iron to snorkeling equipment. We could not be happier with our choice! The resort had plenty of activities to keep us busy enough! Loved the fire show too. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to visit Pineapple village again!

Almost paradise

This property was an ideal set up for our group of 8. Each couple having the privacy of their own bedroom/bathroom yet also big shared common areas for gathering time was great! Walking distance to Coki beach was nice, and a beautiful beach! It is a short trek uphill, but definitely a doable walk. We had some challenges upon arrival, but Justin has been great to work with. He very responsive and understanding, you can tell it is important to him for his guests to be 100% satisfied with their stay. We are already planning our trip next year and would definitely stay at Pineapple village again!

Great Stay

Overall this was a lovely and convenient place to stay. It was very clean and well represented by the photos. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and even some spices. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and even some snorkeling equipment. It was convenient to Margaritaville where we enjoyed happy hour drinks and also grabbed cabs at the taxi stand. ONE NEG: the sheets in one bedroom were clean but stained or discolored. Just need to be bleached or replaced. (My daughter didn’t mention it until the end so I didn’t bring it up with Justin). You will enjoy your stay here.

Great place to stay

The property was in a good location inside Margaritaville, everything was super clean. However, you need a car to really get around. Taxi is expensive and the only place you can really walk to from here is Coki Beach and you have to walk through the not so good parts to get there. But the beach is beautiful! Also, there isn't a "grocery" store nearby. Louie's market was ok within walking distance, but not a lot of choices for food to cook. Just snack foods and drinks.
