Close to Terminal 5, clean and comfortable place!

Pros: New room, clean and more spacious. Good breakfast before getting on board.
Cons: More information when guests check in and what needs to do when check out. We left the key before we left and was informed by email. Not good feeling.
Location: We went to Tesco and filled up the gas before returning the car.
We enjoyed the nice, clean and comfortable bed, nice and accommodating staff. Very good breakfast.

Updated rooms and friendly staff

Pros: Breakfast was good and plentiful. Beds very comfortable. Accessible to M25 and Heathrow. Staff friendly and helpful.
Location: Good food at hotel, but not much else available within walking distance.
Rooms were decent size and recently updated. Nice linens and beds. Very comfortable. Staff helpful and available. While there is a bus stop outside to Heathrow, it quit running at 10:30pm from the airport. We rented a car. On the days we went into London, we drove to the nearby Ashford train station and took the train in. Much more comfortable than the underground from the airport.
