I had a reservation for 6 adults. We were given two rooms with 1 bed each. The front desk person was not helpful I finding a solution. We were moved to a room with bed and pullout. Uncomfortable, loud overall bad experience.

There’s no disclaimer that there isn’t room service, and the room set up is a little weird — our tv was in the right side of the wall so it wasn’t directly in front of us, not a deal breaker but definitely an inconvenience with no room service.
