It was easy to get to Music Theatre of CT where I saw some friends in a show, a short drive of just 2-3 miles away. The hotel is easy to get to, everyone was very pleasant, the roof was spotless and the bed AND pillows were so comfy!

The absolute WORST experience ever

I forgot to take the picture of the door behind the behind the counter. It’s was dirty and dingy. It was the first RED 🚩the furniture throughout the hotel in common areas were filthy, worn, and torn. We planned a three night anniversary trip and left after the second night. The bed was so hard I hurt my back. There was not bounce it felt like brick under a foam. When I checked out I asked to speak to the manager to ask for a refund and they refused to speak with me. I informed them HOTELS.COM (third party) reservation (a have different concerns about them) but he wasn’t interested in what I had to say. NEVER AGAIN!!

The guest in the room below us had conference or Zoom calls late at night, and the conversations were clearly discernable. There was nothing that the staff could really do about it because it was apparently a work-related call. Three nights, the same thing, at 11:00pm.

Overnight Stay

Very pleasant stay. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking. Room was spacious and very clean. Everything was in good working order and the bathroom was well stocked with towels which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a good selection and friendly and attentive service. The only flaw I saw was the nonworking key card access on the exit/entrance door near my room. This made going thru the main room & lobby a necessity, which was fine but it was a long walk around.
