KEEPIN IT REEL is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 9 guests with only a short walk to the beach!

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, wall oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee pod machine with milk frother (BYO pods), dining with sliding door leading out to the rear entertaining area, lounge with large 5 seater lounge, usb ports, large smart TV.

Ducted evaporative airconditioned throughout plus reverse cycle split system air-conditioner in lounge area.

Main bedroom with built in robe and access to bathroom, 2nd bedroom with built in robe, 3rd bedroom with wall mounted TV.

Bathroom with vanity, bath, walk in shower, separate w/c. Laundry with sink and front loading washing machine.

Rear yard is fully fenced, paved undercover area with outdoor setting, large flat top BBQ, hammock, large lawned area.

4 seating outdoor table and recliner on front deck.

Fish cleaning facility, Crab cooker and plenty of room for 3 cars and 2 boats to be parked in the front driveway, no vehicle access to rear yard.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 4 way bunk - 2 single beds on top, 1 king single on bottom on one side and 1 queen on bottom on other side.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

No smoking inside

Dog friendly - $100 pet bond applies - secure fenced area - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.

Fantastic Pet friendly Holiday home
Great clean and comfortable holiday home, with everything we needed for our stay. Excellent fish cleaning and crab cooking area. Wonderful safe backyard with plenty of space for our dogs to run around. Only disappointment was that the evaporative air conditioner was no longer connected, waiting on repairs and bedrooms were quite hot. Split system in Lounge area kept that nice and cool. Thank you for providing such a lovely pet friendly home. We would not hesitate to stay again in the Future.
