Płowce 7 - Nature & Wellness House

Summary:

Płowce 7 is a unique house with a rich history dating back to 1929. The property is located in the picturesque region of the Garbate Mazury, surrounded by forests and lakes. It is the perfect place for those seeking peace and a close connection with nature, as well as for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and groups of friends.



The Space:

Outside, guests have access to a private forest, hammock area, sun loungers, garden tables, a fire pit, and a grill.



During the summer season, a swimming pool is also available with a heating option – please inform us at least 3 days in advance so the pool can be heated up to 25°C. If guests choose not to heat the pool, its use is fully included in the price of your stay.



The property also offers a hot tub, sauna, outdoor bath tub, and outdoor gym. Use of the outdoor bath tub requires at least 1 day’s notice prior to arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the main house (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom) as well as a separate summer room with a private bathroom located in the renovated barn.



During the winter season, instead of the summer room, guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (the sofa is not considered a sleeping space during the summer season). The property can accommodate up to 7 guests year-round.



The swimming pool (7.5 m long) is available from mid-May until September.



The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher, moka pot, and kettle. A washing machine and hair dryer are also available for guests.

The Neighborhood:

Płowce 7 is located in a calm part of the Stare Juchy area, in the Masurian Lake District’s scenic Garbate Mazury region, surrounded by forests and close to Lake Dobrzyń, about 700 metres away. The area is perfect for outdoor relaxation, including walks, cycling trips, and unwinding by the water.



There are also additional attractions nearby, such as horse riding, kayaking, and tennis courts located about 5 km from the property. Just a short drive away, around 17 minutes, guests can also visit Zoo Safai. It is also worth exploring Ryn, Mikołajki, Giżycko, and Święta Lipka to discover the history, culture, and landscapes of the region.



Getting Around:

The best way to reach Płowce 7 is by car or taxi. Free outdoor parking is available on the property.



Other Things to Note:

The property offers an outdoor gym, a fire pit, a barbecue area, a fireplace in the house, and a spa bath.



For an additional fee, guests can also enjoy the sauna, a heated outdoor tub, and pool heating. Pets are welcome for an extra charge.



The summer room with a double bed is available during the summer months (mid-May - September), while in winter a double sofa bed in the living room is provided instead.



Interaction with Guests:

A person responsible for the house will welcome guests on site, show them around the property, and provide the keys and door code.
