Gross!

Gross. Deserves zero. Reeked of stale smoke, butt can outside door, micro and tv didnt work. Moved me yo another room with remote not working. Gross threadbare blanket, grungy furnishings and heafs up, no coffee!

Look Folks. We stayed there one night after a Penn State football game. It's about 44 miles from State College but the only thing available. At first concerned about the bad reviews but honestly it was clean, quiet, beds were sufficiently comfortable. Bathroom clean and good enough. Overpriced due to huge game in town. Not for long term stays. Guys, not an issue. Ladies, will complain. Overall it served its purpose.

While the bed and bath linens were clean and the bed comfortable the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke to the point that upon returning home I had to wash everything in our bags because they had absorbed the smell. The AC also only ran on fan.

Late PSU game shelter

The hotel serves its purpose as relief from driving into the wee hours of the morning to get home after late PSU games. Port in a storm so to speak. Otherwise you wouldn’t choose to stay here.
