On the main level you will find a full bath, kitchen and common area with a queen size pull out sofa. Head upstairs to the low-ceilinged, half-story with a queen size bed. This house is walking distance to all of the great shops, restaurants, and historical homes in downtown Ste. Genevieve!

Spent one night, explored St Genevieve. We had everything needed and host was most accommodating. The upstairs bedroom has low clearance but not an issue for us.

Decent spot for a short trip

Pros - clean, affordable, quiet, close to downtown shops and restaurants, comfortable bed, easy check in process, ability to do laundry, cute outside area with fireplace. Things I would say could use improvement - the home would benefit from some extra decor and staging. There is a lot of open and undecorated space that makes the home feel less than cozy. The bedroom is upstairs. The ceilings are maybe 6ft. Luckily, my partner and I are 5'7 but anyone taller would not be comfortable. I couldn't wear my heels upstairs. The TV in the living room has a blown speaker so certain tones make a really weird sound. The other homes on the street are a bit rough. There is only one mirror (that I found) in the entire home and it's in the bathroom. I tried to do my hair and makeup in the bathroom but there isn't a vanity so it just made it a bit difficult. Overall it is a decent, clean place to stay. Putting some extra time and money into the interior decorating would increase the value and appeal.

The property was new, very clean and convenient to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The upstairs bedroom was very nice but the ceilings are very low and the stairwell was very steep. Overall it was very nice!

Bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. Ceiling was a little low in bedroom Maybe not a good pick for a tall person. Nice fireplace outside and short walk to downtown. Would stay there again.
