It doesn’t get better than this fully updated, professionally decorated, large four-bedroom condo with all modern amenities and high-end finishing touches. Recently refinished, this condo has beautiful hardwood floors on the main level, along with a complete update of all of the furnishings. The three king bedrooms and one bunk room make this the perfect layout for a family escape or a getaway with friends.

Spectacular unobstructed views from the living room, dining area, or bedrooms provide a true mountain experience. Drone shows, firework displays and even Saturday night concerts can all be enjoyed from the two spacious terraces, also with full views of the mountain. The lower terrace even has a hammock for summer relaxation. Entry is located on the ground floor, parking is available right in front of the unit.

The Layout:
The fully renovated condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar able to seat five people, and a dining area with a table able to seat ten people comfortably. There is plenty of counter space to prepare terrific meals and a wine refrigerator to ensure everything is at the right temperature. Modern Kitchen Aid appliances give this kitchen that luxurious touch. The living room offers large windows with views of the mountain and the slopes, high-end furnishings, a river rock gas fireplace for those colder months, a ceiling fan for those warmer days, and access to the upstairs private balcony with views of the ski mountain, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. For entertainment purposes, this two-story condo is equipped with Samsung Smart TVs, countless board games and puzzles, and free WiFi for your enjoyment. Additional in-suite amenities include a private washer and dryer and plenty of storage space.

The Bedrooms:
The spacious main bedroom features a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, access to a private balcony, and an attached main bathroom with double vanity, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, access to a private balcony, and an attached bathroom with double vanity, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed lower bunk with a twin upper bunk and a fold-out couch, a ceiling fan, a TV, and access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed, a ceiling fan, and an additional bathroom, with a walk-in shower.

Christie Club:
The Christie Club provides one of the only full ski-in / ski-out experiences on the mountain with ski and boot storage and a full ski valet who brings your skis out to the mountain for you and a boot room with boot and glove warmers when you are done for the day. The club offers additional amenities such as a private clubhouse with an outdoor heated pool and three outdoor hot tubs, all with unobstructed views of the mountain. The clubhouse has several fireplaces, a pool table, a fully-equipped health club with a sauna and steam room, personal concierge services, and year-round, on-call shuttle services. The club also has concierge grills which will be turned on for you with all the necessary tools. And for the younger ones, there are daily afternoon cookies and hot chocolate provided. It creates a wonderful family experience.

What's nearby:
Christie Club 315 is located in the Ski Time Square area, conveniently close to the slopes and many of the wonderful shops around the base of the mountain. When it's time to dine out, this condo sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants, including T-Bar, Paramount, CafĂ© Diva, and Slopeside Grill. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs. A short drive to downtown Steamboat opens up countless dining opportunities, ranging from modern fusion restaurants to classic burger bars. Don’t forget Steamboat’s fantastic breweries, as well! There is shopping for all of your needs, including ski outfitters, modern boutiques, the best 100-year-old Western store, FM Light, and even old-fashioned fudge shops for the kids.

Winter Activities:
In addition to its legendary powder and tree skiing, Steamboat Mountain has undergone a substantial renovation adding more expert terrain and a fully revamped beginner area, away from the base area, so it avoids the mad rush of end-of-day skiers like most other mountains. In addition to top-tier skiing right out the door, the renovated base area has winter activities and an ice skating rink. The best apres ski options are a short walk away from the condo and there are also dinner cat skiing trips for a quieter evening. Steamboat Powder Cats is just down the street if you are looking to splurge on a truly unique powder skiing experience.

Summer Activities:
There are incredible hiking opportunities right out the door or a short drive to the 300-foot Fish Creek Falls. The newly developed base area of the mountain hosts summer concerts, several restaurants, and plenty of activities for kids. Scenic gondola rides up to mid-mountain for additional hiking and sunset concerts. You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Haymaker and Rollingstone Ranch Golf Courses, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, championship fly fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Don’t forget Steamboat’s amazing rodeo!

Can’t get much closer to the lift !

Had a great first visit to Steamboat. Christy Club service was amazing! Whether it was the daily shuttle to town for dinner or borrowing a screw driver to tweak the board, the staff at Christy Club was professional, friendly and most importantly super agile. Thanks again to the staff at Christy Club for making our first trip to Steamboat completely hassle free !
