Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property. This property was a perfect ski in ski out location! We also were able to use the shuttle that picked us up right outside the complex. Unfortunately due to covid we were unable to use the pool or hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked and the check in company gave us a list of restaurants who delivered to us for dinner as well. The unit could use some updating and unfortunately the upstairs tenants were incredibly loud. Overall this unit is a great option for a couple with kids, I would not recommend two couples stay here as the second bedroom provides very little privacy. Thank you for hosting!
