Sunray Meadows 607 by Mountain Vacation Lodging has good quality and affordable prices, making it a great value for your visit to the 'Boat. The main room has an open concept which combines the living room and dining room with the kitchen and bar. Vaulted ceilings, ski slope views, a warm fireplace, a large HDTV, and comfy furniture make this an inviting space. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, HDTV and dresser. It also has a double closet and ski slope views, plus there is a full bathroom right across the hall. Just past the laundry room is the master bedroom, which is quite large. Like the other bedroom, the master has an HDTV, dresser, and double closet, but it features a King size bed. It also has a full en suite bathroom and a private balcony too, ideal for your morning coffee. It's only one flight of stairs to the condo, but you're the top floor. When you enter, there is a double door closet with plenty of storage for your gear. Another bonus is that this property has a heated 1 car garage, perfect for storing and drying your skis and snowboards, or just for keeping your car warm and dry. You don't really need a car though, unless you're here in the summer and want to head outside of town. The condo is conveniently located in the mountain village, and the sidewalk right outside leads you directly to the Gondola. The walk is about 1/2 mile, straight and flat. It's too far for those wearing ski boots, for for those renting or storing equipment in Gondola Square, the walk is a great little warm up for your legs, with a coffee shop along the way. There's also a grocery / deli and a couple of bars along the way, but those are better stops for the way home! If you don't want to walk, don't worry, you don't have to! The free city bus picks up less than 100 yards from your door, and the looping route is particularly short and direct when coming home from the slopes. In the summer, the sidewalk outside connects you with Steamboat's trail systems, so mountain biking and hiking are literally right out your door. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a âHigh Occupancy Feeâ to âraise the rateâ for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home.
