Welcome to Eagle Glen Views, a spacious, multi-level Air Conditioning townhome located in the Stonewood neighborhood just off of Mt Werner Road in Steamboat Springs! This home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over multiple floors giving privacy to each sleeping space along with plenty of room to spread out. The 2 car heated garage and private hot tub make this the perfect getaway for one or two families to share. You can take a short walk to the ski area or use the on-call shuttle during the ski season to the ski base and back. Central AC is available for those warm summer days!

Walk into the front door to an entryway complete with a large walk in mudroom/gear closet and half bath. Head down into a bright and inviting open space living area. Here you will find the large kitchen, with plenty of cabinets and counter space to hold everything you need to feed your crew. The four person island gives a great view into the chef's kitchen. A large round dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and is surrounded by windows with spectacular views of Emerald mountain. The living area has plenty of seating options to enjoy the cozy fireplace and flat screen TV. Head down another short flight of stairs to the separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The lower level of this townhome boasts a bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds and a private door to the patio. The full size entertainment room can easily seat everyone in your party, and comes with a built in bar and bar sink. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

Up the stairs from the front entryway takes you to the amazing primary bedroom. Here you will find a king size bed, TV and desk to work at (if needed) while gazing out at the Yampa Valley. The primary bathroom comes with a double vanity, a soaking tub and large glass shower. And finally, if you head up one more short flight of stairs, you come to a cozy nook with another working desk outside of the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The home has a 2 car garage and room to park 2 more cars in the driveway. Enjoy the hot tub on the back porch after a long day on the slopes!

Eagle Glen Views is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
