Cimarron Townhome #2 is where comfort and space meets luxury. Bring your whole family or group of friends and spread out. This multi-level, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome boasts over 3200 square feet of living space, a private garage and spacious deck complete with a private hot tub.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by a mud room area to take off your boots and hang your coats. Back the hallway you will find a bedroom with Queen bed and attached bathroom, as well as a bedroom with Captain's Bunk (twin over Full) and attached bathroom. Walk up to the main level with soaring ceilings and large windows. Here you will find the living area, gourmet kitchen and dining room with large table. There is a powder room nearby for your convenience. The deck is located just off the living area. There you will find a private hot tub and seating to take in that fresh mountain air. Also on the main floor is one of the 2 owner suites. You will find a King bed and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Upstairs you will find an open loft with sleeper sofa and a nook with a desk for anyone who needs to catch up on some emails. There is a second owner's suite with King bed, gas fireplace and another amazing bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury community of homes just a few blocks from the slopes. During this coming ski season, the property will be offering a looping shuttle to and from the ski area from 8:00am - 10:00am and again from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. The afternoon loop will also include a stop at the grocery store in Central Park Plaza. Also for the ski season, Thurs- Sun nights there will be a shuttle to downtown from 5:30-9:30pm. Its also just a quick walk to the nearest free city bus stop or a little further to the slopes themselves. The community also features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. You will check-in at the home itself, no need to stop at a front desk anywhere. We'd love to welcome you to your Steamboat "home away from home" at Cimarron.

Parking Information: This home has space for 3-4 vehicles depending on size. 1-2 vehicles in the garage and 2 spaces in the driveway. No campers, RVs, trailers, boats etc are permitted to park at the property per HOA rules. You are responsible for finding alternate parking for any additional vehicles.

Sports Teams: Please note, per Cimarron HOA rules, sports team stays are not allowed. If you are coming for a baseball, lacrosse, soccer or other sports tournament, please reach out to us for suggested properties.

We love the house

This is our second year staying here and we love this house. The hot tub and space is really awesome and much appreciated. But we were super bummed about the loss of shuttle (10-3p) with how much we paid for the house (significantly more than last year). We weren’t aware of the change until we got there. Sounds like the shuttle system is being taken away soon, but would have been nice to have the price reduced as it was a very large factor in why we chose this home. But we do adore the home, thank you!

Beautiful townhouse in fantastic location!

We loved the Cimarron Community and would absolutely stay there again. The condo was great and loved the private hot tub. Getting to the mountain on the shuttle was easy and the shuttle driver was super nice.

Absolutely fabulous place. Beautifully decorated, great layout. Easy walk to & from Gondola Square. Hot tub is perfectly placed with a great sky view of the sunsets. Highly recommend this for families or a group of friends.

Very nice place overall but, BBQ grill was dirty (inside & out) although I gave a heads-up to the PM that we would be using it. Washing machine bleach input was very dirty with hair and dirt, TV in bunk bedroom was broken and out in the garage (we were notified of this “after” we arrived) and WIFI internet reception in the lower bedrooms, of this large townhouse, needs to be significantly improved. Suggest a high speed mesh system to cover poor reception areas. We had to do this at our large house and it made a big difference.

Perfect place

This was the perfect property for our group. The location is convenient to the gondola and restaurants. When we didn’t want to walk, there was a free shuttle that picked us up at our door. The unit was clean with a surprisingly well appointed kitchen. Jon, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive. We will be back!

5 minute walk to the base.

The property was one of the best equipped condos we have stayed in. The kitchen had a full compliment pots, utensils cutting boards cutlery spices paper towel making it fell very much like home. There was a list of local places to go vendors to use and the shuttle service.

Wonderful Stay!

We Loved our stay in this home. We took our adult children on a ski trip just before the Christmas holidays. There was plenty of room for all of us! Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the living area and dining room were excellent for us to gather and eat and play games! Loved it!

Loved Cimarron #2

Very comfortable. Having a big Master suite upstairs worked great for my daughter and her family of 2 small children. The downstairs was great for my daughter and her family of four, and we had to master suite on the living room floor. The family enjoyed the hot tub and the grill.

The pictures and description were spot on. Not only was the unit clean and well appointed, the location in proximity to downtown Steamboat was perfect. The pool area was great for relaxing after a long day, and the lack of traffic made the area a great place to play foe the kids.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for a crowd. The neighborhood pool was pleasant and the hot tub was great. The A/C worked well. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The week was unusually hot. Mayo and Old O’Neils Tavern we’re good restaurants.

Awesome spring ski vacation!

This was an awesome property! Our kids LOVED the heated pool! The kitchen is super-well appointed, plenty of towels and all the other things that we needed for the week. The location can't be beat--5 min walk to Gondola Square and a shuttle to boot. One of the best rental properties we've rented as a family!
