Come summer, enjoy a glass of wine on the private balcony until the stars come out. WHAT’S NEARBY
The Ski Inn Condominiums are conveniently located adjacent to the Steamboat Ski area that can be accessed via a groomed and maintained access trail! The property has an on-site front desk and clubhouse, two outdoor hot tubs with beautiful views of the gondola and valley, a sauna, and an indoor hot tub as well. In the winter, you won't have to worry about finding parking, as the complimentary shuttle service can whisk you around town. Come summer, endless hiking and biking trails are scattered around the area, so the outdoorsy guests can get their fill of nature. Plus, hot springs are also nearby for those who would like to soak in warm waters surrounded by nature!

Very spacious condo, and loved that there was a washer dryer room. We loved the ski in feature-- ski out was a bit of a hike but not too bad.

inaccurate description/poor communication

The property only sleeps 3 comfortable. The pictures are not representative of the actual layout. Zero communication from the property about how to check in after hours. Repeated calls to the office during regular hours go to voicemail. The pull out couch is broken and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Nails stick out of the seats at the sauna. The hot tubs have to be reserved and there is no mention of that anywhere. The shuttles are very inconsistent with arrivals and always late. It is not a true ski in or ski out location. There is a lot of walking or shuttles required to get to a ski lift. The from of this location faces a noisy and very busy parking lot. The place is so old and outdated that if you are in a downstairs unit you can hear EVERYTHING above you. Way overpriced.

cozy but needs improvement

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, but if you are unused to apartment living bring some earplugs. The floors are extremely noisy, our upstairs neighbors were quite active. There was not a quiet moment morning or evening. The cleaning crew really needs to work harder, I found two dirty tissues on the sofa, and a bag of someone else's medicine on the floor. During COVID neither of these discoveries made us feel safe, and indeed skeezed us out pretty hard. Kitchen pots and pans are more ornamental than functional. The skillets were pitted and scratched, well past their effective life. All glasses had a pretty nasty film from who knows how many years of hardwater or poor cleansing. The spoons were serrated! Best to plan to eat out, or microwave everything. This is definitely NOT a ski-out condo, Ski-out requires a 50+yard uphill march. Shuttle was convenient, hot tub was fun. Onsite management was polite and helpful.

We had very little to no hot water and in cold colorado temps this was not okay for the adults or the children. The property managers tried to help but there was a definite issue

Great ski trip

Nice roomy condo for a family of 4 near the base of the resort. Very friendly and helpful staff at ski inn. We also really liked the complementary shuttle into town.
