Perfect location for Balloon Rodeo

We stayed at Rockies 2428 for the Balloon fest at Steamboat. It was hot (87 degrees) and there is no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans which helped a little! We had to sleep with the windows and doors open. The walls and ceiling are so thin we heard everything our neighbors did. The upstairs neighbors were so loud! Even though there is a noise ordinance in Steamboat from 10P-7:30A it as noisy from the pool from music and just talking loudly. They must have had a party Saturday night as the stomping and furniture moving went on until 2:30. Ugh. The condo was perfect with a comfy bed and good sized LR. Good use of space and efficient. Leather furniture was hot and sticky. The deck was great with chairs and a cocktail table. Kitchen has all the utensils pans and dishes you’ll need. Bring your own towels for the pool and hot tub. Great except for the noisy neighbors!
