Regardless of the time of year, this retreat offers fun-filled days. Come winter, you can head over to the mountain for some fresh powder and in the warmer times of the year, the shared pool will be the best place to soak up some sunshine. Not to mention, a long soak in the shared hot tub is always a good idea. Returning to home base will be a treat, as everyone can gather at the dining table for a home-cooked meal or step outside for a cocktail on the balcony. With a fully equipped kitchen, the chef of the group will be in paradise with all of the appliances of home. Plus, the fireplace, flatscreen TV, and free WiFi will be the perfect combination for a cozy movie night with the whole family.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
