This top floor Bronze Tree 605 condo, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is a step above the rest. Guests will enjoy high ceilings, ample natural light and a large balcony overlooking the Steamboat Ski Resort & base area. The condo has a very fresh feel with upscale décor, high end furnishings and Samsung 'Frame' TV's, which can act as both art and a tv. This condo could accommodate a family, a few couples or a group of singles looking for a quiet vacation right next to the slopes. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with two queen beds and both with ensuite baths. If you have a gamer in the group, there is a Play Station 4, along with a few games in the second bedroom. Bronze Tree, as a complex, is situated just steps from the ski mountain and boasts both an indoor pool/hot tub/sauna along with an outdoor hot tub. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and activities right out your door. The free private shuttle for Bronze Tree guests and the year round city shuttle service means you can leave the car in the underground parking area!

Location:
-- Lifts: Walk out, Ski In. To start the day guests just need to walk down a few stairs and they're on the slopes. At the end of the day guests can walk inside and drop off their skis/boards in the private heated ski locker room.
-- Town: The Steamboat Base Area with restaurants, bars and shops is just a few steps away from the complex. Downtown Steamboat, with additional restaurants, bars and shops is less than 4 miles away.
-- Transportation: The Ski Time Square bus stop, for the free Steamboat Transit Bus, is just down the stairs in the front of the complex and then across the street. Uber, Lyft and Alpine Taxi are other transportation options, if guests choose to not bring a vehicle.
-- Views: Sweeping views of the Steamboat Ski Mountain and Base Area from Private Top Floor Balcony

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – The Bronze Tree complex has an elevator that goes to all floors. The underground parking garage is on the 4th floor and the unit is on the 6th floor. There are no necessary stairs between the garage and the elevator. There are stairs as an alternative to the elevator. The pool/hot tub/sauna are on a floor where it is necessary to go up or down a few stairs for access.
– Parking – Parking is limited but not assigned. Parking is available in the 4th floor covered garage or the 5th floor open air parking lot. Guests should not plan on bringing more than 2 cars. There is overflow parking available on a first come first serve basis. The parking garage has a height limit of 6'2".
If guests need additional parking options, we ask them to contact us for more options.
– 4WD vehicle information – 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions

the key was not in the lock box so we were outside (our car service left) waiting for someone to get a key to the unit The unit itself was rather dated. Would have helped to have drapes in the LR because the sun pouring in made the room unbearably hot. We left the slider open much of the time. Ski locker would be much improved if there were hooks and a shelf inside to hold equipment. There were 4 of us in the unit for a week. We were given a total of 2 hand towels. After requesting more, we still had to wait a day to get them.

The condo exceeded our expectations! It was clean, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Having 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom was great for our young adult sons. The pool and spas were perfect at the end of a long ski day. The view from the condo it the best! You can see the entire village and the slopes. We had an amazing view for the NYE fireworks! We would definitely book this condo again for our family or with friends.

Wonderful view and a great location

This property was as advertised and perfect for our adult family’s first trip to Steamboat. The view is as great as the photos and the location was ideal for what we wanted. The transportation options to downtown allowed us to explore dining options and shopping in town.

Great location, horrible check in and key process

Mountain Valley Lodging manages this property and they are unsatisfactory. Said they mailed us a keycard, never received. Told us there would be multiple keycards in the unit for the 4 adults
..not there. After 24 hours they delivered 2 cards which only worked for 12 hours and couldn’t access the ski lockers or pool, we were locked out of our unit. Great unit, great location

We had an amazing stay in Steamboat. This condo was perfect with two beds in one of the rooms. The nice TVs in each room were so nice at the end of the day. Everything was clean and as pictured! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Vacation perfection

This is a beautiful apartment located in a prime location. It is bright and clean with a super cozy feel. The views from all of the rooms are breathtaking. Great time at Bronze Tree

We have been coming to Steamboat for close to 20 years, and we had a fantastic experience at Bronze Tree Easy access to the slopes, short walk out and ski right back to the door. The on call shuttle was very nice to have. The unit is well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the management group was excellent, everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the two queen beds for our grown children. Laundry was on site in the building, easy to access and never crowded. We would highly recommend this unit and will look at staying here again for our next trip. Overall a great, easy experience that made this ski vacation a memorable one.

10 yr anniversaries skiing Steamboat

Beautiful views, great location. Access to down town was easy. The key situation was stressful. One of key fobs didnt work. 1 Main key mailed the week of check in. Was worried about getting it in time. Lost key in snow, key is white, while walking around property, but luckily getting another key to get in was easy. Would definitely stay there again because of the views.

Excellent place, right on the mountain

Excellent condo with amazing views of the Steamboat base area. Short walk to the slopes and you can ski right to the building at the end of the day. Also a short walk to base area restaurants/bars/stores. Kitchen has everything you’d need, TVs are really nice, and the condo is upgraded and very stylish. Ski locker was great to have. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the slopes was awesome even with temps at below zero; kids loved the indoor pool. Perfect for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again!
