This Rockies condo is a clean, remodeled 2 bedroom unit and is one of the brightest and cheeriest Rockies condos in the complex.

Confidently book your stay at our sparkling clean and disinfected home. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival to ensure optimal comfort and safety during your stay.

This warm and cozy remodeled top floor unit offers giant views and a sunset panorama over Emerald Mountain that cannot be beat. Vaulted ceilings add brightness and a mountain elegance. All elements of the home have recently been upgraded including granite counters, bath tiles, lighting, flooring, paint, and appliances. A convenient washer & dryer is located in the condo on the main level. Large profile slate floors plus hardwood offset the massive/rugged stonework fireplace. All in all, this home emanates the "Ski Lodge" feel for an enjoyable vacation experience.

The Rockies complex amenities include two hot tubs and a large heated pool (all open during the winter), a fire pit, volleyball court, and gas and charcoal grills on property. There is also a coin-operated laundry room and a game room with TV, wireless internet and ping pong table onsite.

The renovated, fully equipped kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy family time around the dining table.

The living room has a flat screen TV with cable, gas fireplace, and a cozy leather couch / chair. The balcony is off the living room and the perfect spot to enjoy Steamboat sunsets and quiet conversation.

On the main level, the master bedroom has a queen bed, an adjacent full bathroom and a beautiful view of the valley and Emerald Mountain with a flat screen TV, Roku, and cable. The open loft area has two double beds and a second full bathroom. The loft also has a TV with cable. Both bedrooms have large closets to store your belongings during your stay.

This Steamboat location is truly ideal: 1/2 mile walk to Gondola Square and the Ski Resort, 1/2 mile to grocery (City Market and Wal-Mart), restaurants and movie theater, and only 2 1/2 miles to the heart of downtown Steamboat. You can walk, bike or take Steamboat's free bus or shuttle to all of these locations. Mountain Werner Trail goes right by the Rockies and leads you to the 7.5 Yampa River Core Trail which also attaches to the Yampa River Botanic Park. Steamboat's free bus has two winter/ski stops at the Rockies complex, three times every hour. The first stop is less than 100 yards from the condo.

Winter guests: The Rockies has a free evening shuttle service (6-10 pm) to take you to the grocery store, the movies or the restaurant of your choice! Judt scan the QR code on the fridgel to set-up a pick-up time.

Place was in great shape, was comfortable and had all we needed. We had trouble finding the location because google maps pointed us to the wrong building. The hosts were quick to respond and help! Location was perfect for days full of skiing or heading into town.

Wonderfully stocked and spacious spot

We had a relaxing girls retreat recently and had a wonderful stay here. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked and the bathroom situation was very convenient for a group of friends. There is a great pool and hot tubs nearby and little downtown is super cute. Six stars!

This condo is located in a beautiful area, but the condo itself had some significant issues. We arrived to find a huge hole cut in the drywall next to the main bathroom with piles of drywall dust still on the top of the washer/dryer (it looked as though the ceiling in that area had recently been repaired and patched). The hole was right next to the electrical breaker box, leaving wires and the wall framing exposed. This hole was at least 2 feet by 3 feet big. The fake wood laminate flooring on the main floor was bubbled in places, giving a weird sensation when walking. The trim around the entryway tile was broken and covered with a rug. In the kitchen, the stove was unplugged and even when plugged in it still didn't work (we wasted an entire meal that we had made, not knowing it didn't work until it was too late). There is also no air conditioning in the unit (which in the summer afternoons in 90 degree heat is uncomfortable no matter how many fans are blowing). To cool the unit you have to open the windows at night, but in the master bedroom the base of the window screen is torn, allowing bugs to get in (we had to cover the holes with paper towels to try and help). The carpet on the stairs to the loft was also extremely dirty looking. The unit was well stocked with supplies, but it was just way too run down. I would not stay here again, based on the condition it was in.

Close to everything

This is a nicely maintained ski condo with a queen bed in a master bedroom, sofa bed, and two queens upstairs in a loft. The loft has blackout curtains that work well. There is no AC, windows open at night with box fans help cool in the summer. The property has a swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. It is minutes from downtown in a car and very convenient. About a mile down to the main bike path if you are biking only on your trip. Our family all had a great time!!

Great week in Steamboat

We just completed a wonderful week in Steamboat. Condo was perfect for our family of four. Loft had two beds so each kid had their own bed and they had their own bathroom. Laundry in the condo was nice so you don’t have to over pack. Views from the balcony and living room were stunning. Plenty of space for all of us and very convent. Two bus stops right at the condos that take you to gondola square. We loved the location, short drive to downtown Steamboat, grocery store etc. Hot tubs and heated pool just a short walk from the condo. We enjoyed that every late afternoon. Great communication with the owners as well. We would absolutely stay again when we return to Steamboat.

Great spot. Free shuttle route that is pretty fast (under 15m), on call shuttle into town and back, or a 15 min walk to the gondola. Well appointed kitchen with a spice rack included. We had a great time.

Great stay near Steamboat

Kim and Karlene's condo provided my group with a perfect base of operations for our ski trip. It's located right on the bus line to the mountain, so we could walk right out the door every morning to get skiing, and the complimentary shuttle to town was fantastic as well. Kim and Karlene were communicative and helpful with our check-in/out process, and helped make our visit as easy as possible. Their place is perfect for any group looking to take a ski trip to Steamboat!

Very nice place

First i have to say when you see there isn't air during the summer you worry a little. We would come back in the evening, throw the fan in the window and in 5 minutes it was cool! Its in a great location. You can use free transportation for most everything. We barely drove any place. We didnt cook much, but you will find everything you need if you do! Most immportantly we liked how much space we had! If your on the fence just do it!

Wonderful, Spacious, and close to the Square Condo

Very nice unit. Close to slopes, but not an easy to walk with equipment. I walked to the square with ease to meet up for lunch( I’m not a skier). Quiet unit due to being on the top floor. Very clean and roomy. My teenage daughters loved having their own area with the loft. Bath towels were very plush! Kitchen was well stocked. Shared Pool and hot tub are a short walk to the next building. So convenient to have personal washer and dryer in the unit. Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Host were quick to respond via email to answer a question I had before check-in. Easy check in and check out process. Thank you for sharing your unit. It was a great experience!

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Steamboat. The unit was perfect for our party of 5. The unit was exactly as described and had a very convenient pick-up/drop-off shuttle location, which made getting to and from the slopes a breeze.

Great location and clean condo.

This condo is in a great location. The free bus stops right outside the building or it is a 10 minute walk to the mountain base. Easy access to the on site pool and hot tub. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. The owners were extremely responsive before and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.
