Step inside this multi-level haven to find a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and massive south and west-facing windows, flooding the room with natural light and stunning vistas. The open-plan design ensures a seamless flow from the cozy living room to the inviting dining area and fully remodeled kitchen. Equipped with a flattop cooking surface, wine cooler, and all the essentials, the kitchen is a chef's dream. Enjoy meals on the top-floor deck, where you can dine al fresco and take in the fresh mountain air while cooking on the gas grill.

Villa West boasts exceptional amenities, including a private sauna, a large hot tub, and a shared pickleball court (available for guest use during the summer months, with paddles and balls provided). Three sun-drenched decks provide plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. For those traveling with kids, the log bunk room is a hit, complete with a foosball table and bean bag chairs. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests in five beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms each feature a king bed and attached bathroom, while the other rooms offer twin beds and twin/twin bunk beds, perfect for children or friends.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Family Outing

Perfect location in Steamboat! Beautiful view of the slopes and gondolas. Convienant location to town. Great property with plenty of space and a nice living room for everyone to hang out in. Sauna and hot tub both were in great working condition. Communication with mgmt was quick and easy.Would definelty stay here again! Beds are soft and nice and there are plenty of dishes and silverware.

Magical Steamboat Getaway!

We loved our stay at Villa West for our annual trip to Steamboat! From taking in the drone show and night skiing from the hot tub, enjoying time spent together in the living area and retiring to our well-equipped rooms at night, everything was amazing. The townhouse was only a short drive to the free parking lots for snowboarding and skiing and it was also nice having a view of the mountain weather and crowds before we even left the house! We also appreciated the family games, too. 10/10 recommend and we will be back for sure!
