Kutuk 202 is a welcoming condo with soaring ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area with seating for four, and a sunken living room with a large sectional sofa, cozy gas fireplace, and windows offering mountain views. Climb the spiral stairs up to the furnished loft -- the perfect place for the kids to tuck themselves away and have fun. The complex itself also offers a variety of amenities for guests including ski lockers, shared grills, a firepit, and two hot tubs.

Our family of 5 thoroughly loved our stay here. We range in height from 5'9" to 6'7" so really appreciated the space and vaulted ceilings. We couldn't hear noise from the main room to the bedrooms. The number of beds and bathrooms was really great. The quality of the building, furniture, amenities was really nice. The property manager Max was so nice and accommodating. Walking distance to the community area/gondola area was great. I would definitely stay here again. It could accommodate to smaller families as there are 4 twin beds in loft with its own bathroom. Love that this unit had it's own washer/dryer.
This property was really great and just perfect for our stay! It has the most comfy couch, too. We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our two teenage boys. The loft room upstairs gave them an extra place to go and one of them to sleep. There is no A/C which was communicated, but I forgot - do not let that deter you, we are from GA and we donât really understand life without A/C. Evenings were nice and cool - the days we were there were warm. The gal at check in was super helpful and sweet. No elevator from parking garage to this unit - we had overpacked and had lots to carry in - again, not a problem or a complaint- just something to be aware of. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!
Overall positive experience. The property could use some tweaking, remove damaged humidifier and ensure remaining ones work, alert guests that there are two flights of rather narrow stairs and no elevator, a welcome book of services would be nice, toaster not fully functioning, provide DISH access code, provide hair drier and a few more towels.
On the more positive side and importantly the unit was clean, spacious, with views of the mountain and a good location.
