This three bedroom townhouse has valley views. There is seating for six at the dining room table and an additional three at the kitchen counter. The living area is located on the second level and has a private balcony. The primary bedroom is located on the third level with a TV, ceiling fan and a private balcony.

this was a very nice rental in a great location. 5 min walk to the slopes. VIP shuttle service was an awesome plus. heated 2 car garage was secure and great for gear storage. comfortable stay and the Resort Group staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. we will book again for our next Steamboat stay!

Cross timbers is great all around. The unit is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The fireplace and doors weren’t working but the maintenance guys fixed it in less than 30 mins. The service was impressive! The only issues are that the mattresses in the lower bedrooms are old and need to be replaced. Other than that everything was great! Highly recommend staying here. Also VIP shuttle service is a game changer, best private shuttle service in town. We will be back!
