Generous space, comfort, and privacy in a peaceful setting with a stunning view of the pre-alpine mountain landscape. The combination of a spacious main apartment and a separate garden studio provides the ideal setup for families, friends, or small groups of up to ten guests who travel together but value private retreats.

The elevated ground-floor apartment features three bedrooms with ample storage and cozy beds, as well as two bathrooms each with a shower, toilet, and sink. One of the bathrooms also includes a washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the sunny patio and small lawn ensure comfort and relaxation.

For even more space and privacy, the separate garden tiny house is a perfect extension. It is especially suitable for older children, teenagers, or adults who appreciate some quiet time. Located just a few steps from the main house, it offers two comfortable single beds (90 x 200 cm), a mobile air conditioning unit for warm summer days, and an electric heater for cozy winter evenings. Please note: there is no private bathroom – guests use the facilities in the main apartment.
