Overall, our one night stay was good. I just have 2 beefs. First, there were two of us but the bathroom only had 2 large bath towels; no hand or face towel. Second, there was no kettle or coffee service in our room. No matter the size of the room, there should be a kettle and coffee/tea available. The breakfast was good, although bread options were limited. The scrambled eggs and meats provided were well cooked. I have seen some places where the eggs were too runny. Not here.

Parking underground easy I was supposed to pay £10 per day but the lady at the reception gave me all the days I was there for free cos I sign up to be a member which was nice, my stay was easy nice place very comfortable, amazing Breakfast included in the price too

About a 10 minute walk to Kista Metro Station which gets you into Stockholm Central in 15 minutes. Hotel was nice, breakfast was plentiful and the WiFi was about 150mb download and upload speed. Nice quiet location with very pleasant rooms. Recommend this stay!!

Very disappointed

Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were very uncomfortable. Felt like people were entering the same room when entering their own. First impression of the hotel it looks old and in need of a renovation. Floor tiles outside smashed and missing. Room was booked for a week and wasn't cleaned once only when asking we got clean towelson the fourth night, when signage on the door said after 4 nights the room would be clean. Picture has been taken of this!

Close to transportation. Very quiet area. The outside of the hotel needs some repairs with the walk way leading up to the hotel door. Sign for the hotel is not very noticeable from the street.

It is was an amazing stay. The hotel is very close to kista galleria and kista train station . The staffs are helpful ,particlary Josophine is amazing front desk agent where she is very attententive to our family needs and also goes extra mile to mKe stya our stay comfortable and smooth. I will definetly come back to stay at this hotel if i come to stockholm next time.

The hotel is located in an area where there is not much locally to see, but is close to the metro to reach Stockholm centre quickly. Trains every few minutes. Josefin on reception was very helpful and the breakfast included was good, plenty of choices. The hotel has a no housekeeping policy for under four days which was fine for us. There is a large shopping centre located next to the metro station where there are many restaurants and fast food places. This was a good location for us to travel into the city centre and worked well.

Good Hotel for Stockholm

This was a good hotel for Stockholm. Central Stockholm is about 30 minutes away by metro. The breakfast was good. My room was small, but it was adequate for me. The price of the hotel was very good. I would stay again.
